Today is my first day of my summer 30 day Master Cleanse!
I hope to sip my way through the entire month of June and take my healing work to a deeper level on a spiritual, emotional and physical level.
I drank a cup of Chocolate Smooth Move last night and was amazed how delicious it tasted to me. This morning's Salt Water Flush went down and out just fine and I am feeling lighter already...ggg.
Making the lemonade felt familiar again and I was more than pleased to still find the taste of the lemonade as appealing as ever. Thank goodness I love cayenne pepper!
Here is my thought for the day from the motivational book, Hold That Thought...
"Just as negative addictions sneak up on us a day at a time, so do positive cravings. Meditating, creative movement, moments of self-nurturance that bring contentment~~all can become positive habits of well-being."
