I’m staying late at work (without Pay) just to get this post out.
I am hungry! There is no which way about it. I am actually starving a little. I’m dizzy, delirious, can’t even drive straight. If it wasn’t for spell check this post would be crazy. But I fully intend to complete this fast. Only 5 more days to go. Maybe I feel so gone because my cycle is coming to an end. It was hard with no food. I tried to keep up with the juicing, but for the last couple of days, all I had the energy for was to lie down. I haven’t been drinking water like I should. I’m going to take care of that when I get home. I did manage to walk on Saturday. My friend and I walked a different path and I think we walked further than we normally do. We are both really sore still. My right eye is jumping.
I need good intentions now more than ever. Let me tell you how bad off I’m feeling… A friend of mine who works in the same building as I do, popped in for lunch. She brought her lunch with her. She didn’t eat it all. I am so tempted to go in the trash and retrieve what she threw away! It smells so dam good.
I can smell everything. Good smells and bad smell. Flowers on the counter, good smell. Discarded lunch, heavenly smell Garbage in next room, bad smell. And all these smells are running together. I’m going to be sick.
I’m planning to do a liver flush starting Saturday night. I have still been having bowel movements, and I can’t understand why. I know the juice can lead to them but they almost look like I have been eating meals…Hmm… I wonder if I’m sleep eating. I don’t see any evidence of that in my kitchen in the morning. I wish I had been doing salt water flushes all along. I guess I can still do one. But if I’m going to, it will need to be tonight. I don’t want anything to interfere with the liver flush. And I don’t really want to put my bowel through that.
I goota go. The smell of the food is too distracting!
