I used to get bad breath after I ate.... like, my mouth would be clean for awhile from the chewing and such but then the food particles would cling or something and while it wasn't such bad breath that it spread outward (most times) it just tasted bad and smelled not great to me.

I've noticed that brushing my teeth with natural soap as opposed to tooth paste not only has gotten rid of my plaque bumps that I could feel and never could brush off (it took a dental cleaning to get rid of it and then it'd be back a few weeks later) but my breath go bad awhile after eating. I OP on and off but haven't been great about it lately (probably have only oil pulled three times in the past month and a half whereas I'd OP once or twice a day before), and still my breath doesn't turn funky quickly.

I do think that my breath does sometimes go a little funky (mildly) when I drink a sprite (I bartend and don't drink, so I alternate between shirley temples and pineapple cran mixes), so I'm sure soda either coats my teeth or something to cause that mild funk building up.

Also-- for those who haven't read about brushing their teeth with soap, I know it sounds crazy. I laughed out loud when I read it, and joked with my sister about it for a few weeks before I tried it. Unfortunately I used an olive oil soap first which made me gag, but then switched to a lemon bar and have gone on from there to milk or almond bars (tee hee-- soap almond bars). I wasn't keeping track of progress when I first started but I noticed the plaque bumps on the back of my teeth were fully gone after two weeks tops-- they could have been gone sooner.

I had fecal breath odor for YEARS. Talked to many doctors who I am sure thought that I was crazy....I finally had a friend who suffers too, send me a eBook he bought 5 or 6 months ago he ask me how his breath smelt and I didn't smell a thing. He said the eBook amongst much else had him stop eating dairy food/ soft drinks and coffee/tea. So I’m like reading it and doing all the stuff it says to do. Thinking this has to be bull. But after a few days my tongue started turning red and felt nice. I worked up the courage to ask a friend how my breath smelt and hes like I don’t smell anything. Now I’m thinking all those years of humiliation and I could have solved it ffs! There a site about it called ( link removed by moderator) When I read the site I felt sorry for the guy as he clearly had a real tough time with his bad breath, which pretty much ruined his school years. At lest he found a way to beat his bad breath and is letting others know how. Post this every! where to help people!! Thanks

Thank you so much Archus. This information will surely help the people suffering from bad breath.Even a friend of mine has the same problem and he got his problem treated from "United Dental Care", his dentist suggested him to rinse with hydrogen peroxide and gave him some other suggestions also.

i finally got rid of it guys! im so freakin excited to start my life im 30 years old and had this problem since i was 14.nobody knew what it was, not the dentist or doctors they sucked and wre a waste of time.i didnt think it was my wisdom teeth but that was the problem i was cured. my freakin breath smelled worse than crap ot was like sewage and now its been a month and im sure its gone.i cant lie sometimes i get paranoid when im in a confined room because of so many bad experiences you guys know what im talking about.i had asked the dentist if it was my wisdom teeth giving me bad breath and he said he didnt think it was,he was so wrong.just to think if i would of gotten them removed a long time ago.excuse my grammer my writing sucks but im copying and pasting this on all the forums incase it can help someone else.i got all 4 wisdom teeth removed and bad breath is totally gone except for some normal morning breath i can actually go to church now and sit beside people and not panic you guys who have this problem know that little things like that are huge for us. and by the way i thought it was tonsil stones then my sinuses then my stomach i went through a process and nothing helped the nasal irrigator with some gse helped a little and i was starting to think it was post nasal drip but it was my wisdom teeth. im not saying this will work for everyone but it did ot for me and i hope ths post will help someone else because fecal bad breath is a curse so ill keep copying and pasting this message.
