Thanks for your post, I've been wondering how you've been doing too. It's been 3 years since I've been together with my twins for Christmas- my one daughter flew in from The Netherlands :) and I haven't seen her for almost 2 years, and my other daughter was in Afghanistan for Christmas last year, so I've been looking forward to seeing them for some time now. I'm not into the commercialism of Christmas, I agree with Doc, and I try to hand-make most of my gifts, starting well in advance. It was great having them here- but they sure do have their own time clocks! They're just getting started at 9 pm when mom is heading to bed!

I had the most productive series of liver flushes that week before they came. I've had productive liver flushes in the past, but it was like my liver needed to purge itself, and I could feel the stones continue to move in there, so I did several flushes a couple of days apart, and got a LOT of stones- not small ones. It had been a month between the last 2 liver flushes instead of 2 weeks as I had been doing them. I haven't had the "full water balloon" feeling of it being closed off and congested, it's just felt more like having an irritating "splinter" type feeling, and my liver wanted them out of there.

It was also a full moon this past weekend- and, once again, just after doing the liver flushes, I started killing parasites again. I had been doing castor oil packs, but Sat night, feeling them active, when I went to bed I took a sip of the odorless/tasteless castor oil I've got sitting there by the bed for the packs. That in conjuction with the things I am taking from what the Alt. Med Dr. has me taking for specific parasites that I muscle tested strongest for--tape worms and round worms. I've still been killing ascarids and round worms. All the stuff he has me on is what I muscle tested strongest for that would be effective in killing them. Professional strength oregano/sage/cumin; Barefoot's; 5 drops in a capsule of Wormwood oil (Chinese oil from Systemic Formulas) that also contains wintergreen oil and a couple other oils, it's potent; Premiere Research Labs- ParaStat,

and, this is an interesting one-
another Systemic Formulas, VRM2 that is specific for Roundworms/Tapeworms. It says specifically to don't start the product unless you are dedicated in doing a full 90 days of it...and eating no beef or pork the full 90 days. 10 days on, 5 days off, 10 days on, 5 days off etc.

Considering that we own a ranch, and raise our own homegrown, prime, organic beef- and my husband surprised me with a new barbeque for Christmas and had to barbeque for my daughters while they were here---and serve them Tenderloin they could cut with a butter knife---it's been a bit of a challenge having to stay dedicated through cooking for them through Christmas- but I have managed. I can have turkey and chicken. We also bought a 4-H pig at the County Fair to support a local kid, so the freezers are full of beef and pork right now.

I'm determined though, if I have to go 90 days without eating it, I'll do it. Starting on it another 10 days stretch may be why, along with adding some castor oil internally, I have been killing parasites again this whole week my girls have been here. I've been using the castor oil packs at night too, and have found time to do coffee enemas while they were sleeping in (one advantage of them being night owls and sleeping in!)

I haven't seen any signs of liver flukes since the liver flush before this last one- knock on wood! I was seeing the red/beige/pink chunks and "tomato skins" every coffee enema, and something must have come unplugged in the bile ducts the 2nd day of the coke flush prep (phos drops/apple cider)with the coffee enema, because I dumped a whole load of the "chunks" and a few more during the actual liver flush- and haven't seen signs of them since.

But I definetly have ascarids/roundworms which I'm still working on. Azurite was talking about the "biofilms" and the use of castor oil in getting them to come out to get the with the herbals. I'm still working on getting a zapper, which I do think would help too.

Dr. Sutter told me B1, Standard Processes for the fatigue. I'm on one that is higher in B1, plus B-2 and B-5. I'm looking forward to what I have faith in that Doc says, and that is that getting the parasites killed, and the liver cleansed and online, will also cause the thyroid, adrenal fatige issues to improve. Right now the Alt Med Dr. has me on supplements for Endocrine/Adrenals too.

I haven't had much of an appetite for quite a while now. I already don't eat gluten because of having tested positive for Celiac 1 1/2 yrs ago in an endoscopy and blood test- and now with not eating beef and pork for 90 days, I have been reading, and trying to get a better understanding of getting the ph balanced. Especially if it's true that the worms don't want to live in a body that is more alkaline. Because we don't live close to a grocery store to get fresh, raw vegetables regularly, (I appreciate, and miss my summer garden!) we loaded up today on carrots, apples, celery, lemons, limes, green leafy vegetables- and I'm determined that I'm going to make a point of making raw juices through out the day. I know that not eating is not a good thing either.

I've gotten good information on ph balancing from Hopinso- thanks!- and am also going to try doing the 1/2 tsp baking soda; juice of 1 lime; 8 oz of water that Azurite told me about. Along with blending a whole lemon, adding 12-16 oz water, reblending, and adding 1-2 T of extra virgin olive oil- strain and drink--every morning for liver cleansing....and continuing to do liver flushes. And, yes, Doc- distilled water.

So, this is a very long "book" on what all I'm doing--- still working on it, but making progress every month. I forgot to mention that the Dr. also has me taking Premiere Research Labs Nano Gallbladder/Liver detox (even with no gallbladder, but also for the bile ducts); and PRL's Gallbladder/Liver Complex capsules.

But, I'm sure Doc Sutter is right.. liver flushing green liver stones is still an indicator of parasites. Someday I'm going to be young again....right Doc?! That's what he keeps telling me, and I'm determined that I'm going to believe him, because I have the incentive that if Doc Sutter came through all he's come through- including beating liver cancer through parasite cleansing and liver flushes, that I will keep on working at it until I get to that place of feeling well again too. I have a ways to go, I know that--this is a one foot in front of the other type of marathon process---but I've also come a long ways, and owe alot of it to Doc's encouragement and example. It has been, and will continue to be, a journey of learning. It's been interesting...tiring and frustrating, and discouraging at times, but interesting none the less. There's alot of wisdom and experience on Curezone, and I'm really thankful for the patience people have in helping others because of what they've experienced themselves.

I like searching old posts on different subjects. You've been through alot yourself Carol...your posts on your success with castor oil was one of the reasons I decided to give it a try. What works for one may not be the same experience someone else has though--a few others perhaps took too much and would never try it again either. It works well for me, I don't have bowel problems with it, but I don't take a lot at a time. The castor oil packs work well too, which Dr. Sutter has also mentioned.
