I've been swishing 3-4 weeks. The last 3 days, I notice my stomach "kicking into gear". And I feel I have more acid in my stomach. Not to the point of heartburn or reflux or anything, just a definite rumble. I stopped after 5 minutes today because my stomach was getting very upset. I'm a little overdue for a liver flush, but I never had digestive problems, I started the LFs for allergy relief.
