If my smoking caused my IBS, it is because it is DIRTY. Cleaning with Liver Flushes is perfectly sensible. Sea Salt also flushes that filth out.

This is a reply to # 1,102,469I just found out I have IBS and also have been very constipated. But my consitpation is solved with drinking lots of water AND doing a "HUMACLEANSE". You can get it at Humaworm.com. Reasonable priced and works like a charm.
