I just finished listening to the hour of LOA discussion. It's a bit choppy the first 5 minutes, but the flow is eventually established. I'm truly appreciative to have found the link to this...it gives another commensurate (to Abraham) understanding and I found a few very important keys which directly addressed my current state of being. I hope it helps someone on the forum...many of you have this downpat already...

This is a reply to # 1,107,230I loved the part where a gentleman said he had trouble being consistent in feeling good. The coach replied that the answer is in saying "I am WILLING to be consistent"
Saying "I am inconsistent" does not feel good and it attracts MORE inconsistency by focusing on not being consistent!
Saying "I am willing to be consistent" feels good and put the focus on consistency! This then attracts experiences to match that and you become more and more consistent in staying aligned and joyful! :-)- Re: About NEEDING monica999

You want the car because you think it will make you FEEL good. So what you are really after is to FEEL GOOD. You can have that NOW. You dont need a car to feel good.
Needing anything builds resistance, disallowing the manifestation of what you want.
When you release the need for the car or vacation to feel good you draw it in as a bonus :-)

Excerpt from the book called "Hidden Language Codes" by R. Neville Johnson
Need: A holy man in India had himself buried alive for two weeks. When he was dug up, he didn't even take a deep breath. This event is famous; it repeats on television. How did he do it? He funded his body directly from the universe. He did not even "need" oxygen. Such knowledge is not yet common knowledge; however it will be. Perhaps if you or I ran out of oxygen, in moments we would be at much higher frequency. I assure you we would be very happy about it.
We do not need anything. Need is a non-word. There is no such thing. It is just a habit, an addiction, a useless and hurtful self-indulgence. It is a word used by dark advertising wizards to trick people into buying useless junk. Whatever it describes moves away from you.
Does the universe contain all of everything? Yes. Then how is need possible? Need exists only in the sleepy-slave realities. The word is one of the major sour notes in the symphony that is the vibration of our reality. Understand that this word tricks us into placing our creativity (our precious attention) on not having something. How stupid is this?
Have you ever described a person as "needy"? Fearful, weren't they? It is a word designed to strike terror/guilt manipulation response. Every time you use that word, you are that needy person.
We may be unconscious of the number of times in a day that we use the word need. Totally remove the word from speech; relax, and stop needing. Think about it; if you never again use the word need you will, therefore, automatically never to be needy again. It is easier to stop using the word than to continue using it. Stop using it and it stops the thought form. Decide, create the ability to stop using the word need. While I was reading this, it just resonated with me. Its accuracy just made my eyes open wide.
Now, here is the kick about it. I am a person whose 'hearing' resonates, and then 'knowing'. My visual is less so. I say all this to tell you this: While I was reading those few sentences, when I just 'got it', my ears started ringing (more prodominatly, my left ear). I said "yes, I caught that one" and chuckled. The ringing stopped!
I sometimes have difficulty hearing outside of myself. I have asked before that if it is important that I hear the ringing stop. I am (just began, in this moment) allowing to 'hear' what I need to. Yet, before this moment, I was not entirely open to it, I presume. So, I got ringing in my ear...and for the longest, did not understand 'this might be important'!
Tonight, I understood!

At any rate, rather than saying "I don't know" say "I am willing to Know that I Know."...which is my new mantra (well one of them :D). Thus, as you mention, it is a matter of 'remembering'.

I would use a different mantra:

I'm willing to unlearn what I learned so I can connect to the Source where knowledge is already given.And in star Wars style (instead of: "May the Force be with you") I would use: May you be connected to the Source.

This is very good yet this presumes I do not have a connection with Source (IMO). I have a connection and have the ability to do and be all I can. It is only when I choose to disconnect from Source that I do not REmember.
"I am willing to Know that I Know" may be changed to "I Know that I Know" because through and with Source, I do Know all that there is to Know.

thank you for this. This resonates moreso with me. I AM always connected to Source. Although, there are times I dis-connect, due to some belief or 'thing' I allow myself to get caught up in.

Maybe you dont have to unlearn. If you are connected to source all you have is truth. Just being connected makes the knowledge readily available to you.

Well you are already connected to the Source, but since you were born, you developed resistance thru what you learned from parents/society/habits etc.
Best to say:
I'm consistent and willing to clear the resistance so the Source will flow thru me.
