Right now, I am in trouble with my hairs, I have started oil treatments but it is not going very well. Now I want to make my own herbal oil. I have collected a few herbs including Indian goose berry (amla), gotu kola, merigold and bhringraj. But I am not sure how to make hair oil out of them. MoreThis is a reply to # 1,148,829Well this is a good idea to use herbal oils for hair care. I am not sure but some where I read that herbs can be dipped in some hair oil like coconut oil or almond or sesame oil in a glass container and placed in a sunny window for a month or so. The herbal extract will be absorbed by the oil. Their are herbs that have been used for centuries for hair care.

Take coconut oil or any oil of your choice like castor oil, almond oil or olive oil. But I would suggest coconut oil. Heat the oil to this oil add the herbs you have collect you can even add mehendi and curry leaves to this oil.
