Hi natalia88, I've only spent a short amount of time visiting the UK (although I'd love to spend more time as a tourist!), so I'm not familiar where they sell enema bags there. Have you tried your chemist? If you can find someone who provides colonics where you are you might try calling them and asking if they know where you could purchase an enema kit.

Also, people who offer massage and various types of alternative therapies may be able to refer you.

If you order something over the Internet, from the USA for example, is the cost way above what you would have to pay at home? I'd suggest doing an Internet search for "enema" or "enema bag" or "enema kit" and see if you get any hits from places in the UK where you can order one.

I would go with a home colonic unit instead of a enema. They are very simple to use, no need to get up and make it to the toilet. You just lay back, read a book, watch tv, or whatever and it pretty much takes care of itself. They come with detailed simple instructions and are so easy to use you would not need anyone to show you how.

It was around 12 pounds and they posted it really quickly and discretly. I think I have seen the same one on other sites too in the Uk but can't remember the names.

This one is really easy to use and can be packed away compactly.
