blood pressure is really easy to get under control. i used to have to take medicine for it it was always off in some form or another UNTIL i started using himalayan pink salt and water and my pressure is perfect now.

1st step: get away from the doctors they will kill you with the drugs.

how to use it: you need to have the himalayan pink salt (not table salt ) desolve some ( about a teaspoon full ) in some spring water and drink.

you will quickly start feeling good about 3 days or so and your pressure will be good in a day or two.

do not use regular table salt any longer. you can use the pink salt in your cooking and everything that you would use regular salt in.
