Well, you are probably not up to dealing with things like a mucusless diet but DAIRY is always a dealbreaker for me from the neck up (and God only knows below that). I stopped drinking milk a long time ago but if I eat ice cream (which I can only do a bit in the summertime), my throat is instantly clogged, etc. My only true vice left (when I was actually able to still eat solid food, that is): chocolate! Of course, I only liked milk chocolate. My sinuses clog up just thinking about it. Of course I've also probably got worms and gallstones and I hope to see many of them soon....
I know there are many decongesting type teas you might want to look into if she likes tea. Warm water with lemon - tasty and refreshing.

theres aliminium in chocolate so i wouldnt touch it. especially not since there seems to be SOME connection between dementia and aliminium

Alternate routes include the skin (body odor) the lungs (halitosis) and of course all you mentioned. All indicative of liver congestion.

Alzheimers is a combination of liver and colon. Azurite posted an excellent example of eliminating dementia and alzhiemers via coffee enemas. They were 92 & 93 years old. Two or three days once cleaned out, no sign of dementia or alzheimers.

One of the signs I use to tell if I need to flush is my sinuses will slowly start to back up. Used to get real skunky body odor also. Haven't had that in quite a while now. But the sinuses still back up a bit every now and then. I'm at the stage now where it'll open itself up and once that happens the sinuses are fine.

The reason your mother likes the chocolate is because it helps the parasympathetic nervous system and that's the system that controls all the organs. Which, of course, indicates she needs some help.

A good colon clease would probably do her more good than anything else. I'd go with Barefoots LBB or even a coffee enema. If she's taking a variety of drugs that's a problem also. They've done a good job mass drugging the old folks. Get-em out of the way type thing. Can't have all that wisdom they've gained living life floating around you know....

Anyway, I'd go with a good colon cleanse, Barefoots LBB. You also might want to try the coffee enema.
