i am not sure how to revise those things. the fact is that most of the links i have seen posted dont apply. there are just a handful of placed selling Lugols and iodoral, there is a generic iodoral available, and the 2% from jcrows. then there is phil with the detoxified and john with the nascent. all other sources, the kelps and the atomidine and seadine from heritage, are not hardly worth mentioning. i have not gotten any benefit from them and i have not seen any other specific benefits mentioned by anyone else. i took a whole bottle of seadine in one day. the atomidine did nothing for me compared to lugols.

most of the old sources in the faqs are from before aug of last year when we could buy quantity of Lugols cheap. aahh, for the good old days.
