My experience with the Schulze bowel cleansers as well as barefoot's is that they are in a capsule that you can open and take the stuff out and put it in water. Schulze used to have his #2 formula in powder form, only now, I think for convenience sake, he has put it in a capsule.
It has also been my experience that no one has to swallow pills. They can crush them by putting them between 2 spoons.

Barefot has the dewormer that was wonderfully effective in killing off the parsites I had. I m still on it and will be for another year, anyway, I also used his Kidney/Pancreas formula.
There is nothing else that I took in pill form except some natural vitamiins from Standard Process Company. Those were very small and easily crushable.
I couldn't absorb calcium and also have degenerative disc disease, but when I got my colon cleaned out and added the omega 3 from the extra virgin olive oil, I am finding that is helping me to absorb the calcium. Okay, you serious about this? It's going to take a good year to get your health back to respectible levels. Once done though you should live another 40 years pretty darn healthy. Well, 30 years anyway.

The DeWormer is the antiparasite product. The parsites are what's causing the panic attacks. They secrete ammonia as a normal biological byproduct which stimulates the adrenals to secrete adrenaline. No fight or flight situation to handle so you get a panic attack. I suffered with them until the bugs were gone. You'll start getting serious relief from the panics in about 2 weeks on the DeWormer. Start drinking distilled water today. About a quart a day.

Yeah, there's plenty you can do for the kidneys but you'll start with the colon and antiparasite stuff. Then liver decongestion.

You won't like some of this. We don't treat the symptom we treat the cause of the symptom. And that takes some time for the symptom to go away.

If you use tobacco roll your own with the good tobacco they sell at those roll your own shops. They can match up any brand you like. If you smoke though get a good 20-30 minute walk in everyday. If you can't walk that much from the spinal problems get in a rocking chair. Or get one of those rebounders or big exercise balls to bounce on. That will pump your lymphatics just about as good as walking.

You're not quite old enough for Medicare but if your insurance covers it find a good chiropractor and get some work done on your spine. I've seen so-called "spinal degeneration" reverse and even be totally resolved back to normal mechanical function. The BF&C goes a long way to rebuild that.
