" I have also heard this, however--and you may find this gross, but--you can also get these "stones" out by giving yourself a urine enema. I have used the traditional olive oil/grapefruit recipe and gotten many of the green/tan/white stones out. Alternately, I've given myself a urine enema (half of my own urine and the other half warm water in a full-sized enema bag) and gotten the same green/tan/white stones out.......and no olive oil was involved.
If you do administer the enema, be sure to lay on your right side with your right leg pulled up for at least 10 minutes before evacuating the liquid. I personally find this easier and much less time consuming....not to mention--virtually free. I do plan however, to do the traditional olive oil/grapefruit recipe at least once per year. Outside of that, I do a flush weekly.

I have been doing fresh urine enemas, once every few days, for the past 3 weeks and did notice some small, floating round pieces. But I didn't scoop them up and checked anything.
Just want to enquire if anyone have similar results (getting stones) from urine/coffee enemas?
BTW, I have used a stethoscope to listen to the liver/gb area during urine and coffee enemas and sure enough, they register gurgling sounds and activity, similar to after a meal and an easy-liver-flush. Strange thing is, the urine enema produces LOUDER sounds from both liver and the stomach area.
We might discover something new if we probe further!

Firstly, K Thanks for energetically posting so many messages about enemas U & C. It got me back onto UT.
I hadn't thought of UT enemas and have been trying them for the last few days. Just like you I find them more soothing than plain water and can hold for 15 mins. BUT enemas vary a lot with me. Sometimes I get better results with a very quick enemas maybe even under 5 minutes. I tend to have strong peristaltic movements, a kind of pulsing action during enemas. Infact if an enemas is too soothing or held too long it's like I am absorbing the liquid and not getting the cleansing result. I am also hooked on enemas I am unable to go normally and have been like this for 6 months now. If I don't have one for a few days my mood is angry and I have massive bloat. Gas is a problem all the time though it is not smelly at all (it was when I had the parasite, dientamoeba fragilis. I might still have other parasites).
You mentioned the "gurgles"! The noise of water going round the colon during enemas is fascinating! As you say, it varies too. Sometimes you hear it, sometimes you don't. I am sure when I started with enemas I heard it more distinctly. I hear it again with UT enemas.
The temperature is also significant. Lots of different opinion. My colonics person suggested 37 -40 C degrees. 40 being 105 degrees F. She said 38 degrees C was ideal which is 100F. I started very cautiously. But now I find the best temp. for me is 105F (40C). Lower than that and I have more pulsing and discomfort.
I am back doing UT now as well. Hoping for a miracle cure for constipation because nothing else seems to work!- Re: constipation #46892

I take care of an invalid and after trying numerous compounds over the years,for the past five years Ive used the Lower Bowel Ballance mixture by Christopher from Barefoot. It has been a good option, the person is also vegetarian/fruitarian with almost no grain.
However the doesage needed has been very high,a rounded half table spoon at least twice a day, half hour before meals.
Last summer I decided to add castor oil to our regimins,at first doing the packs and a number of times the full treatment of a tablespoon orally and experiencing the full 6 hr flush effect, which I think is similar to the Liver Flush in its theraputic value, especially if the liver, gall and pancreas organs are congested at all.
However when I started adding one level teaspoon to the LBB mix , the action desired came about evan better ( and I was able to lower the amount of the LBB, taking it straight evan mixed with honey is a little rough).
This individual for a number of years had been in a res facility, ate congesting food, and too much. They had been allowed to have elimnation averaging one per week usually with a medical enema. After starting the LBB,if used punctuously, and with the change in diet, action increased to every few days if fortunate and not missing doseages or diet plan( evan with the large doseages eliminating only every few days,(case history for a colon picture like John Wayne's), which I think is because of low levels of bile ect, which the LBB doesnt really affect).
Now with the added caster oil it has become a daily or every other day event and thus seems to be a good adjunct for this persons intake, hope fully assisting theraputically to activate production of digestive fluids which I think may be at the root of more consitaption than is realized.
The necessary addenda to all this is that this info is regading an individual who ihas an abnormal physical life and shouldnt be construed as normal routine for most of us such that to understand how to regain healthy intestinal structure needs to be elemental to anyone whois suffering and who decides to supplement in any way,

I couldn't get on with Dr Christopher's herbs at all. My colonics lady sold me some. It was called CO TONE (in UK). I couldn't get "regular" on it. I just swung from diarrhea to ....nothing.
Castor oil is such horrible stuff. Like drinking engine oil. I will do it as a last resort. Also I know it kills some parasites so is a good thing to do....but.... Again, with it I either have diarrhea or no result at all- Re: constipation #46892

This is a reply to # 1,170,409Perhaps youve already had enough experience w it but one thing Ive found in using the Lower Bowel Ballance in myself,family, friends and the patient I mentioned, is that unless we wait till the herbs are passed into the intestine before eating, at least 30 min, and more is better, the effect will be problematic ect.Since this is not in the literature we learned by using it over time, and as is advised if one increases the doseage one capsule a day the loose elimination can be understood w re to amount. I feel for you as your note implies such a delima, which Ive gone thru w the patient Ive mentioned.
On the castor oil, your comment was why I felt that a level teaspoon was a small amount to add to ones intake, tho its strange, many have mentioned that its also too tough to do oil pulling with, tho I often pull w it and find no challange, other than the basic keeping something in my mouth so long. Perhaps its the brand we get but the CO we use is smooth, only a bit thick, and tastes like nothing. Its funny also how in the CO packing literature they say its imposible to get out of clothing but Ive found just the opposite to be true. The interesting thing for me was finding out how sophisticated Co is in its healing abilities, as Cayce infers about CO consciousness and the neural effect.
