sick after juicing?

whenever i make fruit vegetable juices after drinking it i feel sick as in i get chills and feel a little shaky
what could this be........it has happened lots
the most i do is apple carrots Celery spinich parsley

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,228,333Perhaps it's a bit much on the tummy if its empty. Could also be a blood Sugar reaction. I've tested my Sugar after juicing with carrots at work (I'm a nurse aide) and my Sugar is OK but you might be different.

This is a reply to # 1,228,333Raw carrots block the uptake of Iodine to the thyroid. This may be one factor in juicing making one feel ill. A person with a hyperactive thyroid would be balanced by drinking raw carrot juice, while a person with an underactive thyroid could feel under the weather.

This is a reply to # 1,228,333Apples and Carrots are very high in Sugar and you need to be sure to dilute them with water, or green juices so that your Sugar doesn't get out of whack

Unless you have excellent digestion, and are not prone to tummy or intestinal problems, you may very well have trouble digesting fruit and vegetables together.
Most fruit should be eaten alone.
Even certain types of fruit should be eaten by themselves (like melons for example, they shouldn't even be combined with other types of melon.)
