Hi all, I just stumbled upon this forum looking for support and so...just wanting to make a connection out there! I've actually been doing a juice fast along with a kit by nature's secret but I think I'll transition into the master cleanse. I was originally planning on 5 days because that's the duration of the cleansing fast kit. Now after reading what all of you have to say I think I may just keep going! I'm also going to start doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) too. Any advice would be helpful. I'm feeling weak and not too perky now and can't seem to think clearly but my body feels very light.
Support is greatly appreciated!

Just doing juice fasting will benefit you in many ways. In my case juice fasting always complimented my cleansing and detox regiments. I gained lots of healing benefits from it. As any cleansing regiment you might run into die-offs like being tired, head ach, itching etc. I suggest to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) tomorrow morning and you will see the deference in a heart bit.
