I was at a friend's house for Thanksgiving and met one of their friends, great guy, very personable. A couple hours into the evening we've been talking acupuncture, detox protocols and TCM (he's in acupuncture school). He bluntly says to me after a while 'so what's up with your teeth?' I was a little embarrassed. I thought, in that instant, that my teeth were falling apart, dirty and I wanted to run and look at them. 'Is there something in them?,' I responded. 'No. It's that they're soooo white! Do you have them whitened or is are they veneered?,' he replied.
Can you believe that?!? I bout burst into laughter and I'm sure my heart chakra just exploded. I explained to him that I'd started oil pulling months ago and how quickly the stains had fallen off my teeth...what a weird experience! We got another oil pulling taker on our hands, that's fer sure.Advertisement

This is a reply to # 1,309,052I pull with organic sesame every morning and in the afternoons, perhaps every several afternoons, I pull with coconut oil. I was also brushing with IP6 perhaps once a week. About two weeks into oil pulling, the stains LITERALLY fell off my teeth. I'm so not kidding.
When I had a sinus infection, I did a few drops of oregano oil in with it. Lately, I've tried a couple drops of cayenne oil in with it. A friend of mine adds a few drops of tea tree to it.- Re: He asked if my teeth had a venee... mo123

This is a reply to # 1,309,057A friend of mine told me to use olive oil, so that is why asking. Sesame oil, that is interesting. I can't get coconut oil though. I might try that. Thanks.

Olive Oil has a possibility of turning one's teeth a light green color. I dunno how long it lasts, but I know it's not highly recommended for that very reason. There are people on here that have used grapeseed oil and lots of other wonderful oils. I think Sesame is one of the oldest oils used but you can use any oil that's good for you, organic, cold pressed. You're gonna love it! It makes your sinuses soooo much better.
