Why isn't someone listening to me?

Do you just feel you are so alone and no one is listening to you. do you ever feel you can't handle the pain anymore and that it is just too much for you. Some days we just have to scream and let others know we feel bad. Why do we feel bad? Is it something we can change? Is it something we did wrong? Why are we sick, did we do some great sin? All these questions are going thru many heads tonight and it all comes down to self blame. Are you thinking that you are sick and lonely and depressed because you were bad?
This is wrong and that is why a large majority of people are so depressed. Of course it is natural to look for causes of your misery. But the cause is not with us, it is with God. Some of us are sick from our past eating habits for sure. You get depressed so you give in and go eat the bag of Snickers and then you feel bad. And then you go ask God, why am I so sick? DAA! It doesn't take a rocket scientist. There are others who I see post all the time who are continually sick and they are doing everything known to man and spending thousands and thousands of dollars on doctors and medicines and gadgets etc. Some are going for MRI's when they are told not to go and end up deep in debt. Does this ring a bell? Stop, Lord STop this craziness. Getting well begins with mind first. EFT is free no money involved. Then you have to be possitive that you will get well and then you have to live within your means. I know a man who spent 16000 dollars on 10 injections and is on a death bed now. Ludicrous.
If you are taking tons of meds even supplements stop. You are killing yourself. You cannot mix pharms with supplements and you have to be careful which ones you are taking. I told you yesterday about that crazy woman saw I was doctoring several homes and she wanted one of each of what I was treating but would not admit her husband was sick. Some things I just have a feeling about or intuition. Before taking grape seed I prayed and asked Allah's guidance and he told me which ones and how much to take. Funny but true story. I hate to hear stories of people spending five thousand dollars on homeopathic doctors and all the meds they have you on. I could be wrong but not usually.
Clean your system out first with a colon detox. Then add back supps gradual. All Supps must be relaxed in the system so every 6 weeks, stop taking all supps and rest for 2-3 days and then start again. You cannot do this on your own. You need help. Supplements can be deadly especially for pregnant women. Many women have had miscarriages from ginger. Yes, plain ginger.
I know how it is to be lonely, I know how it is to be in pain and lost, but I also know how it is to be well. We all fall back, but we have to pick ourself up and start again. When my husband died I was flat broke and I brought myself to where I am today. I have every thing I need and more. So even when I was at rock bottom I survived. I did not even have gas to heat my home or yogurt to eat so I know how it is to be desittute. I survived from coming closer to my religion and my God. You cannot do it on your own. We all need help. Let us all help each other.
