If you are in an "concrate jungle", or in any other unnatural surrounding, take a time to go in a park or better yet, a rainforest.
When there, listen carefully the sounds around you and after a while you calm down.
Look around you. What you see is what GOD has done.
You may hear God's voice, if only you know what to listen!

I really don't want to say this, but religion is a "manmade trap" to control you and take you money!

We are born, we live and we die in GOD's supervision.

That is all that matters!
