The first time I did the ozone steam sauna, the very next day I had an outbreak. It healed very fast though.

I continued doing ozone steam saunas almost daily for about three months.

2 or 3 weeks after the first outbreak I had one more. This healed even quicker than the first.

I've had zero outbreaks since that. And I don't think there has been any prodome symptoms for the past few months, at least not noticeable.

It seems to me, the ozone initially aggravated the virus and it came out of hiding with a vengeance, and was either killed, or greatly weakened.

Probably greatly weakened.

Since I'm not too interested in having an antibody test done anytime soon, I don't know if it is just lying dormant. I feel pretty confident that if I do the ozone steam sauna one time a week, it probably never will come out of hiding, and eventually the ozone will seep to his little hiding place and completely destroy it--if it hasn't already.

Also, the ozone steam sauna has about 1001 more vitality and wellness benefits besides killing herpes. Who would have thought this disgusting little thing could have a beneficial ending???

P.S. I noticed this thread was cross-referenced with the herpes forum. You might want to avoid any and all herpes forums. You'll find the most negative, ill natured people, who'll defend to the day they die there is nothing that cures herpes.

P.P.S. You also find people promoting such crap as Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , DMSO, and drinking silver water: a toxic heavy metal. All three of these plus whatever other poisons people think of to cure herpes have ZERO business in the human body.
