my major symptoms are facial/body hair increasing....and irregular periods


i did blood tests and this is what showed


all types of glucose tests came normal,when i did an ORAL 2HR GTT where u drink that sugary drink,the test was normal good but when i did the 2HR PC test where you eat a meal then go back to bloodtest the glucose, my insulin was high..............


cortisol random/morning was 340 should be in(85-620)
so this result was very good im guessing?

estradiol was 169 im not sure if thats low?

dheas is high and testosterone is high

prolactin is 8.9 progesterone is 4.6

im not sure but i think these wwere all taken in the luteal phase but i cant tell because my cycles are irregular

i had ultrasound......ovaries they said my follicles are very very tiny which i dont know whatthat means...but said no cysts

and adrenals they said they couldnt even see them.

so what i want to know is what can possibly be cause my high dheas and testosterone and how do i make it go back to normal
the facial hair is really bd and ive never had it before any ideas at all or any other things i need to look in to please let me know thanks
