MoreThe product may be good.. but right now, I have to say that the customer service/support is HORRIBLE!
Just to give you my experience... I took Humaworm in december... had a few problems near the end, and sent a very detailed email to customer service. They sent a very brief email back saying.. buy our liver cleanse. Ok... so, I responded with many additional questions, and never got a response.. so, I gave up.
Then, in march, I did humacleanse... and had problems with massive weight gain on it. I didn't get enough of an answer here, and since RG never comes to this site any more.. I thought I would email him directly. Sent the email to his email off the Website... 2 weeks ago... email was never acknowledge, and never answered.
If this were any other type of purchase, I'd just let it go.. but this is my health.. and I need answers... I'm seriously considering going with a differnt parasite cleanse, just because the customer service is sooo poor right now..

Yes he maybe busy but answering a few questions a day would not hurt. But I have a feeling somethings "up" ever since his place got on fire and people saying they never received their orders...

It was a long e-mail with a lot of questions. I received and very good answer to my questions. i also recieved another e-mail with instructions on how & when to make my Humaworm products. There product is EXCELLENT and I was very impressed with Jade's knowledge and helpfulness. Try calling them or e-mailing Jade directly I am sure you will recieve a response in a day or two. It only took 2 days for em to get a response.

This is a reply to # 1,388,065yeah.. jade was the one who answered my first detail email, with a quick answer. I sent an email back to her to get some clarification.. and never heard back... So, I wasn't impressed either. Maybe it's just because I'm a new client? maybe people who have been ordering long term get better service? I'm not sure. It makes me sad, though, because I like the quality of the product...

Humaworm is an excellent product... I doubt you will find anything fresher.

I did search the forum... and while there were a couple of other questions asked similar to mine, I was not at all satisfied that I had found answers I needed. And, I wasn't asking stupid questions.. I was asking questions directly related to my humaworm/humacleanse experience, which caused me great distress...And I needed answers before I felt comfortable with continuing on with my healing experiences. And, I feel, that with any consumer product, When things go wrong, someone should be available to answer questions... don't you agree?
I spent DAYS pouring over this website, reading it from top to bottom, and read the entire Humaworm website prior to making my decision to purchase his products. And I bought his products because I was convinced that 1. it was a good quality, fresh product, and 2. there was going to be someone there to help me if I had problems. I'm not insulting the quality of the product. As I've said before.. I do believe he has good products. I am speaking directly about my great disappointment that "no one was there for me" from his company to help me with my issues... and I believe that I have valid concern, and I put it out to the forum here, so that other folks, like me, will know what to expect... 1. good product. 2. poor customer service.- Re: What happened to Humaworm? sooo ... fledgling

This is a reply to # 1,390,024I'm sorry to hear that you didn't find the answers to your questions in the forum, and that you are not recieving good service.
My experience has been entirely different - I have only had great service in the past. RG must be swamped or involved with something important, he's usually very prompt, courteous and helpful.
Did you try to get answers to your questions from some of the experienced people on this forum?
Maybe you could phone the business.

This is a reply to # 1,390,521Emails go with no response so far in my experience. I phoned them a few times, no answer and the mailbox is always full. I never took the product, but I just ordered some. I wanted to know if my order was received, as there was no email confirmation. I also wanted to know when it may be shipped, how long did it take for you people?

This is a reply to # 1,390,716My first order (Humaworm) back in novemeber took 3 weeks to get to me.. my second order (Humacleanse) I got in about 8 days...
As for the product, I had a few problems with each... severe liver pain and swelling with the humaworm (I admit... I was very scared, and sent my first email that Jade answered... basically she said.. buy more product.. )
With Humacleanse, I had massive weight gain.. (4-5 pounds per week, everyweek I was on it.. even with decreased caloric intake, and) and that's where I never heard back.
The humacleanse was pretty good, while taking it.. but I have seen no difference post cleanse, as compared to precleanse... All the improvements I saw during the cleanse, completely disappeared, and I'm back to my precleanse state..
Anyway.. thought I would let you know..

If I may ask, what was the reason why you started the cleanse with their products? I'm having gallbladder problems, proctitis, and who knows what else going on.

This is a reply to # 1,391,198Well, I was sort of desperate... I had my gallbladder out 15 years ago (biggest mistake of my life) and since then I have had explosive diarhea 2-10 times a day, everyday of my life, and it has completely ruined my quality of life. I've been to doctors... tried many different things... changes in diets, etc... I had asked my doctor about parasites, and they tested my stool.. and didn't see any. Well, as I said, I was desperate... and I thought, maybe they are missing something. So, I thought I would try an antiparasite. I did some research, and I believed Humaworm to be the best product out there.. (as I've said.. I do believe it is a great product... incredibly fresh.. and effective).
I was on the Humaworm 30 days, as recommended... didn't really see much in the way of parasites. (just a few flukes... some tiny sesame seed looking things.. and a few "corn kernals") but, 3 weeks after stopping the humaworm... my diarhea stopped. I've only had one bout of the diarhea since then.. and that's been 3 months...
I went on to try the colon cleanse, because the stool that I was having was very light/pale colored.. and pencil thin... I figured, if nothing else.. it would help tone my colon...
So, as I've said, overall.. the product is good. I'm not complaining about the product... it's the customer service that I have issues with. ( had major liver pain with the humaworm, and I had massive weight gain- 20+ pounds in a month- with the humacleanse...)
BTW.. if you are having gall bladder problems... if I can make a recommendation to you.. do not have your gallbladder out, until you have at least tried several liver cleanses... some people have their gallbladder out with no problems at all.. but 20-25%, like me... have life long explosive diarhea.... and all other sorts of digestion issues.. so, exhaust every other option first...- Re: What happened to Humaworm? sooo ... confused2009

This is a reply to # 1,391,420How was your bowel movement after the humacleanse? How is it now? I am having gallbladder problems, very low ejection fraction(11%). Did you have stones, biliary dyskensia(this is what I have, along with polyps in the gallbladder and fatty liver), or something else? On top of things, I have mild proctitis(colitis of the rectum) and who knows what else.
After I discovered my gallbladder wasn't working right, I immediately changed my diet. My stools have been softer and thinner, I now worry I may have an intestinal problem. My energy levels are either really high or really low too.
I ordered humaworm, humacleanse, and the liver/gb cleanse.
The only thing I can suggest is EV olive oil and garlic, my gallbladder pain is almost gone. Did you try any liver cleansing products/tinctures? I wish I could help more. Have you tried Dr. Sutter on here, or any of the others? Do you recommend any of the others? I've talked to barefoot MH and Dr. Sutter, considering people that have their own forums here. Both are good at responding and nice.

Anyways, if you want my advice post your questions along with your health problems on the Natural Healing forum. Uny is very helpful and she can give you some answers regarding your problems.
With the health issues you both are outlining it sounds like you need more than Humaworm/cleanse. Also, psyllum can (for some) bind you up, bloat and even cause weight gain.For others it works well. There is not a one product/proctule for everyone as we all have unique situation problems. I have heard similar complaints about Huma else where.
