This is a reply to # 1,439,103I'm experiencing the same thing! I just started the cleanse for the first time this morning. I gulped down the salt water flush before having any of the lemon/syrup/water mix and nothing. I'm going to try the tea tonight to see if that helps.

I also started the master cleanse yesterday. I did the salt water flush this morning - two hours ago and nothing happened to me. I fell asleep last night before drinking smooth move tea. I feel fine so I'm not worried.

I'm one of those people whose body will literally wretch it back up if I try to chug...

This is a reply to # 1,439,085It worked for me the next time and the times after that. I'm now on the 8th day of the MC. I skipped 2 days of the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) though b/c of things I had going on... like babysitting my 15 month old nephew all day.
Anyway, My sister said that I had to try to drink it in under 10 minutes. I still can't drink it that quickly but I think the first time I just didn't drink it fast enough.
I'm fairly satisfied with my results. I haven't passed anything crazy though... mainly liquid. I've lost about 11 pounds.

This is a reply to # 1,442,368Try using a straw. I find it easier to drink, maybe because it bypasses some of the taste buds? I also use a straw for the lemonaid, I think it helps save the enamel on my teeth.

you can take around 10minutes to drink it..
