Hi everyone,
I had a question for those familiar with upper lip waxing. I've been doing it for about 3 years, maybe 1 per month...although not regularly and I've found it's the more efficient and long-lasting way to be rid of upper lip hair.
I've been told by some professionals that waxing in that area could eventually cause the lip to "drop" with age. The women in my family have used this technique for about 30-40 years and their lips haven't "drooped down" as a result.
I believe that some aesthetic salons who want to sell their lazer alternative strongly discourage upper lip waxing. However, those who don't offer the lazer technique say that waxing isn't a problem...as long as you keep it to about 1 a month...
Also, for those having used lazer to remove upper-lip hair, how has it worked out for you in the long term?
Thanks everybody,
T
