What about Psyllium Husk? Can I consume a tablespoon of that for a fiber supplement?
Psyllium is a poor choice for a fiber supplement. It causes bloating in many people. I would go with rice bran or oat bran instead.
I find this very refreshing and will purchase some bitters today. Regarding Kefir I found this online from the website in regards to consuming it while having candida check the second column:
http://www.kefir.net/
Their claim that people with Candidiasis lack the lactase enzyme is misleading. A lack of intestinal flora can cause a lack of lactase, but this is not true in all cases. This is why I said if you can tolerate milk. If not there are many other things kefir can be grown on, even lactose free milk. You may also want to read these:

Also keep in mind that the safest and most effective antigfungal available are probiotics. These bacteria not only feed on some fungi, but they also control the growth of certain fungi, such as Candida, through the acids they form. These same bacteria are also antibiotic, immune stimulatory, and produce about 80% of the body's serotonin, which has numerous effects in the body including intestinal motility.
Can't kefir be purchased at the super market? I'm lactose intolerant and I've been taking lactaid. What are these Bitters you are talking about? I take B-Complex and it helps me especially working the night-shift. is it another form of vitamin B? And you says it detoxes? Explain Please, I'm going to be starting school again on the 24th so I need all the help I can get as far as energy is concerned because I'll still be working but part time.

Yes, it can be found in some super markets, large health food stores and some other stores. Depending on how long it has fermented there may or may not be some lactose present. Youi can take the Lactaid with it for a while until you get your flora built up just in case.

Digestive bitters are bitter tasting herbs commonly used to improve digestion. When these herbs come in to contact with the bitter receptors on the back of the tongue they stimulate the receptors. This in turn stimulates the vagus nerve, which in turn stimulates the production and release of stomach acid, bile, pancreatic enzymes, and it stimulates flushing of the liver and has a slight stimulatory effect on intestinal peristalsis. They are sold in health food stores under names such as Grape Bitters, Swedish Bitters, etc. Because some contain herbs that are stimulant laxatives and/or berberine (goldenseal, Oregon grape root, barberry) that destroys the flora, and because you only need to taste it for it to work ignore the directions on the bottle. They generally recommend 1 teaspoon with meals. I recommend 1/2 dropper full on the tongue three times daily with meals. And because it detoxifies the liver I recommend drinking a lot of water throughout the day to hyperdilute and flush the toxins. Bitters are really great if you have acne, hormone imbalances, high cholesterol, or digestive issues such as bloating and acid reflux.
Since you have been on a diet for a long time (because of the cleansing) the best thing to do would be is to start yourself off by eating soft foods and veggies. After fasting and cleansing your body system changes and your stomach gets smaller. Getting your digstive system back on track takes time. Your stomach has to get used to certain foods again. In the hospital when a patient hasn't eaten regular food for at least 5 days or more (due to sickness ,surgery ect...) the doctors start them off on a liquid diet first like soup, jello, juice and even oatmeal. It would be difficult for them to try eating a full course meal with out having food for so long. The different acids from the foods would make them sick. You'll have to wean yourself back to eating regular by eating soft foods. Since you are a vegan maybe juicing veggies would be better first or putting them in a blender and (pureeing them) would be better, before trying to consuming them whole. Maybe foods like white rice, mashed potatoes,(not loads of candy) and then work your way up.
While taking probotics, taking the antifungals will help. Start a regular diet then after at least a week or two start your Candida diet. You're trying to do too much at one time. The Beano I meantioned is for taking right before you eat your food because it is a supplemental food enzyme that may help with the sulphur gas smell, (since you seem to produce it after eating certain foods) like my self. It helps break up foods in the stomach for digestion so that hopefully you won't experience symtoms like the odor that manifestes due to food intolerance that comes when food is not fully digested in the large or small intestine. When I took regular enzymes they helped but they didn't get rid of the smell from the intestinal gas all the time. People usually take Beano to prevent the "intestinal gas" that comes from foods not being fully digested in the stomach. DIGESTIVE ENZYMES SHOULD BE TAKEN AT LEAST AN HOUR BEFORE MEALS, BEANO SHOULD BE TAKEN RIGHT BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR FIRST BITE OF FOOD. Probotics and Prebotics can be taken after meals. Vitamin B is good for the body, so whether you take it in foods or by vitamins it's good, This site can helpyou know about vitamins and what they do. http://www.mamashealth.com/nutrition/vitamin.asp

How about just using Digestive Bitters, YEast Cleanse and Probiotics? It seems to be a bit better. Also is it wise to purchase digestive bitters with senna?
I am not familiar with the Yeast Cleanse, but I definitely agree with the bitters and probiotics (kefir preferred). Kefir is more effective because it has a much wider range of beneficial bacteria. It is also a lot cheaper.
I don't care for senna at all, but with the amount you would be taking it is not a concern. Ignore the directions on the bottle, which is way too much. You only need to be able to taste the bitterness. Therefore I recommend a half dropper full on the tongue 3 times daily, rather than a teaspoon full 3 times a day most bitter products recommend.
One thing I know for sure is if you have a problem with yeast over growth so bad that you are having yeast infections you need to use the yeast products right away because if you are a female and have had a yeast infection you know it is no fun . People do care in this forum but you must use wisdom when taking things, you should use the things that are necessary for your condition now. That's how you prioritize with what you should use first. Now the Probotics I would take Now, because your digestive flora needs help, taking the proboics will help the yeast the digestion and strenghten your immune system. The Beano- Now,( because it's a supplemental enzyme you take before your first bite of food, read the bottle you chew them) At least 1 of the antifungals until you start your Candida diet, (and then you can take 2 at a time (and make sure you go to a Candida site for input on the diet too.) the Digestive Enzymes-Now because you need them to help your digestion because that is why you are having problems with food intolerances because you need help with youe digestive system. ( take them at lest an hour before meals) If you are having trouble with BM's the Smooth Move now. The thing is you have enough products to take for at least 3 or 4 rounds of treament. Once the smell dies down from eating intolerant foods the Chlorphyll will be good but (remember Chlorella is better in the future, it helps with yeast and detoxing the body and with BB ) The Yeast tablets- Now because you need them. You've done enough cleansing ,JUSTCLEANSING IS NOT GOING TO HEAL YOU FROM THE YEAST INFECTION . OR YEAST OVERGROWTH. I've had enough in my life to know, going a whole month without probotics or antifungals for yeast overgrowth is not a good move because you need to get your digestive flora under control. Some docs recommend using Acidophillus while taking yeast medication.
Use what you have now and wait until you run out of the other stuff because I'm sure you are on a budget. Alot of us are offering products but I know some of those products are expensive. The cleanses I would use maybe for 2 days once every 2-3 weeks for a few days or a week, or use one right before starting your Candida diet. And start adding Fiber to your diet, when you have gotten to the place where you can digest cereals eat cereal like Branflakes or Rasin brand, they contain fiber and then there's always good ole prunes or figs, and Apples help and they make you go. The Ginger tea is good to use also on a daily basis but I would wait until I'm out of smooth move. or use it some other time, I heard it's good for the stomach. And if you eat a salad add a little Extra Virgin Olive oil for taste or add some to your stir fried vegetables when cooking. And when you need help Mary in the future when people in this forum (like me) suggest things to you make sure you go on the internet and look it up so that you won't overspend and you can probably rate the product online your self by seeing how other consumers or people have actually rated the product. Also use wisdom and God bless. In case you have problems digesting dairy (milk) www.lactaid.com The lactaid tablets will stop that fecal smell that may occur afterwards due to lactose intolerance or use rice milk.
