Hi - do you mean you have BO only from the left arm, and not the right? Do you sweat from both arms and just one smells, or do you not sweat from the right one at all?

If you don't sweat at all from the right, I'd suspect some kind of blockage of your sweat glands under the "clean" arm.

But, there is no way to say (that I know of) whether it is candida, bacterial, or something else. It could be simple detoxing, if you are already on a detox program.
