Unfortunately, none of the suggestions that you guys gave me have helped me at all so far although I do appreciate the help and advice.
My skin is so unbelievably bad right now. I am completely raw from head to toe, my face being the worst. It feels like someone poured gasoline on my face and lit it, the burning is so bad. It is oozing from every pour- clear thin liquid. I currently have about 50+ white head pustules covering my face as well along with large seborrheic patches that are incredibly inflamed.
My face cracks and bleeds when I go to talk or eat. The skin is so chapped-like that slight movement cracks all of the skin around my mouth. There is a thick crust of dead skin on top of my face that is literally about a 16th of an inch thick. It is hard and thick and impenetrable yet my face pumps out massive amounts of oil at the same time.
If this wasn't bad enough, ever single sore is leaving DEEP DEEP sunken scars.
I have continued to use the Inramax, but I can safely say that it is completely useless (at least for me). I don't know how a product can supposedly have so many nutrients in in yet fail to even slightly help me after six months of use. I really really question the integrity of that product. I have my doubts that all of those nutrients are even in that product.
I also bought black seed (nigella sativa) months ago - I bought a huge supply for mountain rose herbs. I have been grinding up my own seeds and eating about 2 tbs a day. I had heard that these are great for immune problems, skin problems, etc. About 4 months of eating these hasn't helped at all either- not even a little.
I am on the verge of going to an all liquid diet and drinking through a straw because it is so painful to open my mouth to eat. Plus, when I open my mouth, I usually rupture countless pustules that are around my lips and in the corners of mouth, which sends huge pockets of pus dripping down my face only later to have holes where those sores were.
This is obviously an incurable skin condition. I won't bother any of you with my posts any more. I have been battling it for over 10 years and I have tried everything. I have been on this site for about 4 years and in this time I have continued to go down hill.
Some conditions are incurable. I wish it weren't so. I would love to believe that this wasn't true, but unfortunately it is.
Supplement makers will try and tell you that their herbs and their nutriceuticals can help solve every health problem that exists with people...but this is a racket.
I can barely sleep anymore which is killing my immune system even more. The burning and itching pain is so severe that I lay awake at night writhing in pain. Nothing takes this pain away.
Hell is not some place that "bad" people supposedly go to when they die. It is right here and right now. I am in hell and I can't escape. This is a bad dream that never ends.

Bless your heart. I can see the suffering that you are undergoing and the word "suffering" seems to be too mild a description in your case.
First of all, I want you to know that you are not bothering us with your posts.
But most importantly. I would ask you, please do not give up. There is an answer somewhere, somehow, we just have got to find it. I know how very hard this is for you and on a different level I know exactly how you feel. Your words echo exactly how I felt some years ago with regard to a certain condition that I suffered from that I perceived to be incurable. It was not a skin condition, but extremely debilitating in its own right. I was literally unable to function in this world of ours. Your words ring loud and clear because I know what it is to walk through the "depths of hell." My healing journey also took ten years out of my life.
I am telling you this because where I once thought there was no hope, there was indeed hope, there was indeed healing. Yet, at the time I could not see it and was rendered helpless. Keep looking. Somewhere, there is an answer. Somewhere there is a solution. Giving up will make it impossible to find it. And as I write these words, I want you to understand that I am completely familiar with literally losing all hope while sitting in the dungeon of hell. So please take me seriously and hang in there.
As it happens, I posted this the other day. Hopefully, it will help and shed some light on your condition. Maybe it will give you some type a clue, some bell will ring.

Also, do you have a holistic or naturopathic doctor that can help you with this. We can give suggestions over the internet, but sometimes "hands on" attention is needed. Even while looking for a doctor, if you don't get good results the first time, or even a few times after that, please do not render the condition incurable. I went through tons of doctors before anyone even had a clue as to what to do. And you know, that one doctor happened to materialize through a long set of circumstances that had nothing to do with me when I had indeed finally given up. It was almost like divine intervention, but it is a very long story, so I won't go into it.
My point in all this is I see how you are suffering, I see your plea for help and I see the helplessness and loss of hope. I implore you not to lose that hope and not to give up in your healing journey. Tony will be by with possibly more suggestions, but I do suggest that you also see a health practitioner that can treat you personally.
And please....... you are in no way bothering us. Feel free to post. We are here for you and how I wish I could just reach out and help you now. Make everything okay. I feel helpless right now too. But.......... There is an answer out there. Please do not give up.

Yes, 10 years and a total of 28 doctors so far. Most of them have been alternative/naturopathic or integrative physicians.
Most have given up on me after seeing absolutely no change after months and months of treatment. They would usually say that I needed to be referred to someone else (ie, they couldn't help me). Some came right out and told me that this is a genetic condition and will never go away.
I have focused on the gut-skin relationship for most of my healing journey. I have taken just about every nutrient for candida, intestinal wall repair, leaky gut syndrome, and quite nearly every strain of beneficial bacteria on the market.
I spent a long time with a very famous integrative doctor in NY who specializes in intestinal problems. After what seemed like endless diet modifications and boxes and boxes and boxes full of supplements, he came to the conclusion that he had no idea what was going on with me.
I've never used vitamin D3 directly on my skin. I have taken vitamin D for years as well as receiving adequate sunlight seasonally.
I almost broke down in tears today because the physical pain, frustration, and utter despair are more than I can deal with.
Even we were able to figure this disease out, I don't have much to look forward to. My face is absolutely disfigured now from years and years of constant severe infection. It is one thing to have the possibility of recovering from an illness and then reintegrating back into life. The irreparable scarring will prevent this from happening with me. And the worst part is that I sustain new disfiguring scars weekly.
I think, "if only I could stop the infection..." but I can't. I've used every single antibiotic herb. I used every antibacterial/antimicrobial/antifungal nutraceutical that I've come in contact with for the last 10 years. I have researched at least 2 hours a day for years. I have thousands of pages of notes and I have used almost every treatment that I have researched. Nothing.
This is probably the wrong place for me. I don't expect any one from the online community to be able to identify this problem or know the answer for it. If 28 alternative doctors have no clue, then the nutritional hobbyists that are on curezone probably cannot realistically offer me any hope. I just think, maybe, just maybe someone will mention something.
I'm not sure why I post. I think it is because I need a place to just tell people what is happening to me. To have this happen to me and not tell anyone about it- to not relate what I am going through- might make it worse.
The more that I think about it, it seems that the only answer would be to free myself from what is feeling the pain. All of my psychological pain and physical pain is stemming from what is happening to my body. Since I can't heal my body, I basically need to leave it.
I'm not sure of consciousness continues after death, but it really doesn't matter to me. This body is causing unbelievable pain and suffering it seems that the only way to end the suffering is to leave the body. Is there anything "outside" of the body? No one can know. It certainly couldn't be any worse.
Some may see this as cowardice but they will never know the depths of my pain. I was never planning on giving up. I always dreamed that there MUST be some answer, some reason for this issue...but I don't believe that anymore. I have tried and tried and tried to heal myself. Like I said, 28 health practioners, every diet modification, thousands of supplements, "miracle" herbs, "miracle" liquid vitamins, etc, etc...
It's clear to me that I am not going to be healed. Some may say that with this attitude, then I am certain not to be healed, but I think that is rubbish. If were going to happen, it would have by now. If anything showed me even the tiniest bit of improvement then I would be encouraged but that has never happened.
I know deep down in my heart that I will never be healed. Some people just know this, and I am one of them. I don't know why I know this but I do. I know my body and I have suffered with this for so long. Nobody knows this situation like myself and I have come to the knowledge that this is a permanent condition. The one and only question now is whether or not I am going to live with this or not.

I understand your frustration, and I know that "frustration" is a very mild description for what you are going through. Yet, I implore you not to lose the will to live. Again, I know what this is like. Sometimes life's circumstances can get to the point where you see no way out, causing one to give up and lose their very will to live.
I emphasize that somewhere there is a "root cause" to your condition. It looks like you have exhausted all physical options. Have you considered that there may be an "emotional" root behind all this? Not the emotional grief that you are undergoing now, but past buried hurts. When did this condition begin? What was going on in your life then? Any type of grief? Any anger, unforgiveness in your life? Any childhood traumas?
I also want to emphasize that outward appearance means nothing. It's all about what a person is, their being, their very soul. Anyone who bases a relationship on face value, no matter who you are, doesn't deserve the time of day to begin with. I know that this is hard because we all place emphasis in our outward appearance and this is promoted by the mass media. There are many who suffer from handicaps, and this may not be the right word, that lead a fulfilled life. It's all about valuing one's self no matter what the circumstances, and I know, this can be so very hard to do. It's a whole spiritual path that entails learning and growth. I still implore you not to give up.
As I write these words, believe me, I feel your suffering.
Have you considered some type of therapy where you can talk about your feelings with someone and receive guidance? Maybe joining some type of support group?
I realize that with the amount of suffering that you are enduring, these words may not make a dent. Yet, I am hoping that something will spark pointing you to an answer. There is one out there somewhere. I know what it is like to truly lose all hope and I know what it is like to give up, having endured pain for what seems to be an interminable amount of time and not seeing any type of silver lining while trying to peer through the keyhole to the future. I know what it's like to simply want to shut the door. Yet, once we do that, we will never find the answer.
Please do not give up hope. I still say, there is an answer to everything.

This is a reply to # 1,517,527Have you tried N-acetyl-cysteine as a daily supplement 500-1000 mg daily? It helps the liver detox so the toxins don't spill out through the skin. I started using this when I was detoxing bromide from iodine supplementation. It helped clear up the bromide acne. It's good stuff. It is used by hospitals for acetaminophen overdose. Milk thistle and dandelion help support the liver too. You can get the milk thistle seeds and munch on them or grind them up. Dandelion leaves you can eat in salads and make tea from the roots.
Have you thought about getting regular chiropractic adjustments. When my back is out, my face breaks out. Do you by any chance have scoliosis?
Are you taking any A (not beta carotene) and D supplements?

I am so very sorry that nothing has helped you.
The eternal optimist in me wants to say that there is little nature cannot cure and that most difficult conditions which resist help, other than those which have been caused by irreversible injury, exposure to toxins that cannot be repaired, or genetic aberrations, just have not yet hit upon the right combination. However, if our roles were reversed I can certainly understand how you feel the way you do.
Yes, there are many rackets out there among the supplement suppliers - but that does not make it nothing but one big racket, because there are a number of reputable companies whose products have helped a great many people with a great many different conditions. If such were not the case, I would not be here. In particular, I have to differ with you when it comes to intraMAX. Of all the many fine products I have come across during the years, I would pick that as the top one. My opinion is shared by some of the most respected members of this site who use the product personally - and a couple of those people are not particularly fans of supplementation to begin with. But they report that they can tell a noticeable difference when they take intraMAX and a noticeable difference when they stop. I have had others outside this forum report the same thing.
That leads me to believe that your condition is not likely caused by any nutritional deficiency, at least not at present. All I can say is that if it were me and I had a condition where nothing and no one had been able to help me, I would go back to the very basics and do nothing but cleanses, detoxes, and fasts and consume nothing more than raw organic goats milk at first, and then add in a raw organic free range egg and a bit of molasses, and then a good all around nutritional supplement and stick with that for a prolonged period. If there were any improvements, then I might add a few items into the diet and supplementation one at a time, such as digestive enzymes and probiotics, withdrawing in the event of any setback.
I so very much wish I could tell you the magic formula to finally help you, but that is the very best I can do and I regret that it may be inadequate. Like the others who care for you and want to help, I am simply giving you the best suggestions I know of based on my limited knowledge and experience.
Guessing over the internet is an iffy thing no matter what the knowledge of the advice giver may be, and even though you report having seen no fewer than 28 doctors over the past year who have had no better luck in person, that would normally still be the best route to go in my opinion.
Your persistance has been remarkable and I hope and pray that you continue and that you do find success.

I have to completely agree with you about the nutrition aspect of this. I certainly do not think that this is an form of malnutrition because I absolutely flood my body with nutrients and have been for most of the last 10 years consistently. I have been juicing for years- fresh organic vegetables and fruits. I eat no refined sugar, no chemically-laden food, etc.
I might have to disagree with you about detoxing though. I'm not sure that my issue is a matter of detoxing/cleansing as I have been cleansing and rebuilding for the past 6+ years. I have done countless (and I do mean countless) liver flushes, colon cleanses, kidney cleanses, deep tissue cleanses, parasite cleanses, etc,etc, etc. I have taken every cleansing/detox single and multiple herbs for years.
What this appears to me is to be a genetic metabolic disorder. I have ALL the symptoms of a SEVERE metabolic imbalance:
- ultra severe dry skin
- seborrhea
- incredibly dry, brittle hair
- everything is dry- eyes, mouth, everything
What happens is this- my skin is as dry as human skin can be, yet my oil glands still pump out MASSIVE amounts of oil. The dry skin forms a thick crust that completely blocks off my oil glands which causes deep infection at almost every pore.
A lot of people have said..."Oh, that's easy...you just need to exfoliate." Believe me, I have used every type of exfoliation from alpha hydroxy acids to walnut husks. There is nothing that prevents the thick dead skin from accumulating on my skin almost immediately. The mere instant my skin comes in contact with water of any kind (including spring, distilled, alkalized, etc) it immediately turns almost completely white with dead accumulated skin.
I ordered this product once that guaranteed an end to dry skin. It was a type of exfoliation product with papain enzymes. So like a dummy I believed them and sure enough as soon as the product comes off, the dead skin is back (almost instantaneously).It's also not a matter of internal nutritional oils (I take them all). I should also tell you that the skin is incredibly dry with or without water contact. It is just that water seems to make it worse. I tried not letting my skin have any contact with water for a few weeks but my skin was ultimately just as dry. Water just seems to create an acute situation with the dryness.
The reason I shy away from going to another doctor is that everytime I go to a new one we have to start completely over again. They put me on herbs/supplements that I have used 100 times before. They don't listen to me that these things do not work. We waste so much time, effort, and money trying everything that I had done before on my own or with other doctors.
Like I said, we go for months and months on there recommendations and they then inevitably recommend that I see someone else, somebody who specializes in skin because they are not qualified to deal with a condition such as this.
Well, there a very few naturopathic dermatologists. I only have ever found one. He was in new york state (quite a drive for me). He didn't have the slightest clue as to what I had. He was nice enough to tell me that I had the driest skin he had ever seem though. Yeah, I get that a lot. Almost every practitioner is shocked by my condition and admit that they have NEVER seen anything like this before.
This is why I am certain that this is a genetic metabolic disorder.
No amount of nutrition and no amount of cleansing and detoxing is going to help this condition because I have already done all of that.
And as to the water fasting. I think I mentioned that I contacted dr. furhman's office down in new jersey and wrote him an very long and detailed email about my condition and everything that I have tried and was wondering if fasting could help. His office wrote back and said that the doc had read my email and it was in his opinion that i should NOT fast. He said that it would likely not help at all and may cause more harm than good to this condition. So that's where I am with that. I am by no means deciding not to water fast again but I have to admit that I have little confidence when one of the foremost experts on the topic has advised that I not do it.
It's coming down with learning to live with this or not. And I'm not going to learn to live with it. I can't live with unbelievable suffering for the rest of my life.
Anyways with this amount of stress and suffering, I am quite sure I would develop a dead form of cancer or some other disease quite soon. It is only a matter of time. You CANNOT be tortured every single second of every day and not have that stress manifest in a deadly disease.

I sent him a VERY detailed email message detailing my condition- symptoms, past treatments, herbs/supplements used, length of illness, etc.
It was from this information that the office wrote back. They said that Dr. Fuhrman had read my email and that he did not feel that fasting would be of benefit in this case.
So, I left it at that.

I have read many of your posts, and truly believe that I may have the answer you desire and deserve.
Hygienists commonly believe (through experience and successful results) that skin eruptions and health problems of the skin (such as acne and seborrhea), arise from one cause.........and ONE cause only.
Sometimes the body is unable to keep up with the process of elimination in our daily lives and for any number of reasons, and so becomes "clogged" with varying degrees of "waste" which can be both of an exogenous and endogenous origin. This results in toxemia.
One of the vital functions of the skin is to act as an elimination organ, along with the Liver, Kidneys and the Lungs, but if the pace of elimination is unable to "keep up", then toxins become stored mainly within the fat-cells of the body and especially so when the major organs of elimination are overloaded.
This is where the skin comes to the rescue and reveals evidence of this elimination with the skin conditions from which you are suffering.

Yes, Chris, I think we are both on the same page pretty much on this one. I would fast, cleanse and detox and then go back to the very basics.
Speaking of the human detox process, I though you might find this interesting regarding the two phase process and how two different forms of niacin can affect each part:
"Simply speaking, the body's natural liver detoxification process involves two steps; Phase 1 and Phase 2. A toxin initially enters Phase 1, the P-450 cytochrome system, and is reduced to smaller fragments. These fragments then progress to Phase 2, where they are bound to molecules such as glutathione, glycine and sulfate. This process creates a new non-toxic molecule that can be excreted in the bile, urine or stool.
In effect, Phase 1 either directly neutralizes a toxin, or modifies the toxic chemical to form activated intermediates which are then neutralized by one of more of the several Phase 2 enzyme systems. In Phase 1, a toxic chemical is converted into a less harmful chemical. This is achieved by various chemical reactions (such as oxidation, reduction and hydrolysis), and during this process free radicals are produced which, if excessive, can damage the liver cells. Antioxidants reduce the damage caused by these free radicals. If antioxidants are lacking and toxin exposure is high, toxic chemicals become far more dangerous. Niacinamide slows down phase 1, while niacin speeds up phase 2. Niacin is also known as inositol hexanicotinate, vitamin B3 and nicotinic acid.
The relevance to this thread, besides the harm that may be caused from an overload of toxins and the creation of free radicals and carcinogens and such, is that when a body's primary detox system is not functioning well in one or both phases, then toxins may bypass the normal detox outlets of first of all the liver and bile duct and secondly the kidneys, and then seek elimination through the body's third method of toxin elimination, which is the skin.

One of my oleandersoup forum members on Yahoo told me that she was taking products that included both of the above mentioned forms of niacin and she wondered if that was safe - and I had to do a little research to find the answer. What I learned was that it appeared to be not only safe in most instance, but perhaps beneficial. It is by means of such question and the necessity of doing my homework that I become a bit wiser as time goes by and hopefully remember more than I forget - learning being a never ending process.
Speaking of forgetting and such (and I note your repartee here with Sara), as an interesting aside, there was a study last year at I believe Caltech Berkley, where they used high doses of niacinamide with 100% success in reversing the rodent equivalent of Alzheimer's. Naturally, the researchers cautioned against anyone trying to do the same thing with humans and of the dangers of taking supplements - despite the fact that niacin and niacinamide have a virtual 100% safety record. I believe that the proper interpretation was to not take any such supplements until they can produce a patentable version to market.

This is a reply to # 1,518,082I was a bit concerned about the type of B3 used, but relieved to find that it is used topically in treating acne vulgaris.
Niacin used internally will cause hot flushes and other unpleasant side-effects, whereas niacinamide or nicotinamide
does not.

In my view, cleansing is the first step, followed by treatment with topical niacinamide or nicotinamide and thirdly, close attention to diet (plant-based).
I would be very surprised if a combination of all three approaches did not achieve almost miraculous results for you #110838 within a few months.

If acne really is about toxins, then why are there millions upon millions of heavily toxin-laden people that have lived for 50, 60, 70+ years of absorbing toxins and have never cleansed, ate right, etc that are not covered in skin disease?
Yet, a 13 year old kid that has very little toxin accumulation (as compared to someone who is 40 years old, 50 years old, etc) can have terrible acne infections.
Logic would tell me that there is something more going on than mere toxins here. Logic would tell you that someone in the 30's or 40's much more toxin accumulation than someone in their teens. Yet, people in the 30's and 40's are much less likely to have acne. So, if toxins are really the cause, then why is there in inverse relationship here?

You make a very good point. On the other hand, consider that people in their 50's, 60's and 70's generally grew up in a less toxic environment with better nutrition and thus perhaps laid a better foundation for health in their later years despite the toxins and bad habits that may have ensued on down the line.
By the same token, animals in the wild generally incur much less incidence of degenerative diseases of the types found by animals in captivity living in urban environments and eating leftover human foods and processed filler filled animal foods.
Cleansing and proper nutrition may not provide the ultimate answer, but it surely is going to be beneficial and is unlikely to cause any harm or exacerbation of your condition.

Oh! Tony, you have the answer to all our problems again! You are such a good contributor and a real positive influence on society. Imagine if you didn't exist, imagine the burden on US if you didn't exist, we would be so much worse off without you.
I think my grandfather was an alcoholic, smoker, jailee and truly wreck less in terms of actions. He died at a mid point of his 80s.
And you see, I watched an interview with Warren Buffet (which also had some information about Bill Gates). You know what I found out, Warren Buffet didn't drink ANY water (words from his daughter) for over 56 years. Warren Buffet (the best investor in the world) has a fridge full of soft drinks, mostly Coca Cola (off topic, he also owns $10 bil investment in Coca Cola ;d), he also eats nothing but fast food and so does Bill Gates (in a Bill Gates interview, I saw him eating at some fast food joint near the HQ of Microsoft and he was also eating fast food with Warren Buffet in Buffet's documentary, there were actually a few clips of Warren Buffet eating fast food in his documentary separate from his fast food meal with Bill Gates too).
Man, I love alternative health care, it's a very interest concept of scapegoating yourself as you being the problem. "IT'S YOU, IT'S YOUR FAULT, YOU DID THIS TO YOURSELF, YOU DESERVE THIS", blah, blah, blah.

What is your point here? Are you suggesting that alcoholic, reckless smokers are living a healthy lifestyle or that Coca Cola and fast foods are not detrimental to health? Are you suggesting that vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, phyto nutrients, enzymes, etc. are not healthy? There will always be incidences of people who eat and live unhealthily living long lives, but they are the exception rather than the rule. I have read of someone who lived past 100 who smoked cigarettes all his life. It is a proven fact that cigarette smokers life spans are significantly less than non-smokers. Likewise, the longest lived peoples on earth tend to be those who eat a mostly raw, mostly vegan diet (perhaps with some healthy fats included) and live a healthy lifestyle.
Your sarcasm is duly noted. I have never claimed to have anywhere near all the answers but do try to provide the best answers I know or can find. Just so we are clear here, if you are trying to pick a fight with me in my own forum it is one you are doomed to lose.

This is a reply to # 1,524,749I agree with you questioning the toxin theory. My sd started at puberty also. I just don't believe that sd and puberty are not connected at least in a lot of cases. Also it runs in my mother's side of the family. She got it and my grandfather had it too. Her brother nor her mother had it yet they are both in the same environment eating the same foods.
Maybe there is a genetic flaw that somethimes gets passed on.

I sort of agree with Tony and Chris.
The skin condition points to excess(es) in your body which it has problems of getting rid off by other means for whatever reason. Disregards what these excesses are, the most sensible approach is to stop loading the body with anything. Supplements, food, anything but water. Here I am straying from my normal favoring of spring water and would have to recommend distilled water. It should be as much of water as possible, 3-4 quarts a day. Water should be room temperature. Nothing in but that, internally as well as externally.
I do not know how is your weight, but if you can afford to loose some 20-25 lbs, then 21 days should have a very noticeable positive effect if there is anything to have one.
But.
You will feel extremely down, weak and miserable for about half the time, at least I did doing such water fast. You are likely to experience pains through out your body parts you have not been aware of yet. You will be reminded of many past injuries. As may be seen from the above, you will loose around a pound of weight per day, if you do not move much.
No eating means no pooping and no pooping means collecting of any and most toxins (or excesses) in the colon. Those have to be removed quite often with enemas. The recommended enema regime for a water fast is 2x a day 2 consecutive enemas, which is 4 enemas a day. Her you should consider that you are going to desalinate your body rather radically. I would say that half way through, you should start using sea salt in your enemas to get some replenishment. Sea salt comes in a very good balance of salts and should have little detrimental effect on your healing, if any.
As an enhancement, Mr. Slar I have been in contact with and who claims to have helped a fair few people with any health issues with water fasts, also recommends to wrap hands and feet overnight in wet (water) gloves and socks (cotton) with some gloves or plastic bags taped over them to save the bedding. It is supposed to keep the skin open and to help eliminate whatever from the body through the extremity sweat glands.
My personal note is, if anything you wear, or your bedding has plastic content, i.e. rayon, nylon, polyester, unknown fibers, etc. throw it into garbage. Wash your cloth with natural soap, not detergents. The cloth may not come out as "clean" as when using the detergents, but it will not have detergent remnants in it either. If you can get hold of linen fiber clothing, go for it, other than that, cotton and preshrunk wool are somewhat ok.
Do not toss the towel in yet. When it comes to the scarring, I admit that it is extremely discouraging, yet there are still people out there who do take other for what they stand for and do, rather than for what they look like and say.
If you go for it, you have to get off somewhat gently. I have weaned myself off 19 day water fast (C/W with enemas) with pineapple and watermelon first two days, added a little (ounce?) boiled chicken meat the 3th day, added more chicken and a nut mix the 4th day plus probiotics, then added eggs the 5th day plus probiotics. From then on anything with moderation plus probiotics for about a month. What others may recommend is also rice boiled into a porridge to start with.

Have you considered iodine supplementation to flush out bromide and fluoride from your body? Start low and slow with something like magnascent or detoxified iodine (http://www.iodinesource.com/DetoxifiedIodine.asp) or 2% lugols (at swanson vitamins for about $12). What kind of liver supporting supplements are you taking? N-acetyl cysteine is very good in helping the liver eliminate toxins. 1 gram 2x day is what I used when I was detoxing heavily from bromide. It really helped me.

This is a reply to # 1,517,527I suggest first and mostly that you read "eat right for your blood type". Secondly, a buffered vitamin c - SolarRay is good and guarantees money back on all of their products. You need to do at least 6000 a day-hence the buffering agent so u don't damage your kidneys. Third, since it sounds auto immune oriented (hence the High dose C) I suggested "Thymulus" in capsule form taken as directed. Reason- our thymus is defunct by the time we're 21. Our thymus programmed our system as to what it is allergic to and what it's not . The pollution, pesticides, stress our body is now subject to deteriorates that memory and our body gets confused n sometimes chooses to attack itself. Our skin is the largest organ in our body n oft the target. This was explained to me by my rheumatologist who was the head of the Connective Tissue Disease Research st St. Louis University Hospital and now working for the Mayo Clinic when I showed up for treatment and my eyes werent hemorrhaging (they had never seen them not) which they did because of the arthritis which was crippling me at 36 n the treatment that was provided to stop it was killing me-a mother of 2 toddlers. As soon as the ,dr saw my eyes he said "what have you done???" As Soon as I told him I started taking a supplement with thymus fractions he stopped me and phoned his colleague at the University hospital n put him on the speaker phone. He just couldn't believe I was taken thymus fractions!! First, where did I get them and wth possessed me to do such a thing???!!! The doctors told me I had found the cure and were ecstatic but the FDA I'm sure put quelsh on it.
