Hi. There have been those who have done this; some claimed it helped cure them. Others not so much. The question of yeast in the urine is a good one though, and I am not sure of the answer. There are plenty of natural antifungals you can consider, though, that are not poisonous to the body. Here is a short but by no means complete list:

GSE (grapefruit seed extract)
Caprylic acid
Coconut oil
Garlic (raw)
Olive Leaf
Oil of Oregano
Tanalbit
Pau D'arco

I did UT for over 2 yrs because of incurable illness, which is cured now. I don't think I had any candida during that time. One book that really helped to learn more in depth about UT was: "Your Own Perfect Medicine" by Martha Christy.
You may want to investigate for yourself. It is a great therapy to do no matter what. I only stopped because I was going through a process of removing heavy metals from my body and was excreting the matter via urine.
But there is an anti fungal that should be able to help you: Advantage Liquid Concentrate ALC(Grapefruit Seed Extract with Green Tea and Jasmine Tea). It is extremely potent and you can use it for flu or other infections.
I am not done with the program yet so can't tell you it works 100% but have strong hopes.
