If you have a real problem there is no cheap way out. Most hair grows back whatever you use. Besides that product you mentioned says not for face and is not cheap either..

The easiest way is to buy something like an epilady or similar brand. It is like waxing,it pulls out the hair and does not cost more than $60 in drugstores, Target etc.

If you do it every day a little bit so you get used to it after years less hair grows back and it get easier all the time. I use it for underarm hair, no problem, first I put some talcum powder on so to make sure the skin is dry.

Hair reduction methods that rely on reducing testosterone at skin level only slow down growth and don't stop it.

Time for you to start shaving.

If you do decide you have to do something, then there isn't a simple answer and there's a lot of misleading "information" around.

Facial (and also body) hair on women comes about in the same way as on men because of

1) your body being sensitized, before you were even born, to testosterone -- doesn't happen to all girls, but does to many

Best done with a men's-style electric razor, the best of which, for girls and women, are probably those from the men's range of Philips/Norelco razors (Philishave outside the US). Most girls and women who try a men's Philips/Norelco wonder why nobody ever told them about it before.

If you are looking for a permanent hair removal solution, then electrolysis hair removal technique is the only one. Since it is a permanent solution so can be quite expensive but after this you are free as there are almost no chances of regrowing of hair.
