how funny to see you here. I actually was looking for the Lyme Forum, and when I saw the Fibro Forum. I thought, lets just look what they have to write. I also thought that I had Fibro for the longest time.....and maybe even have it....who knows. But I found the Lyme Forum and it made so much sense to me, that I ordered the Samento and started taking it. I am up to 25 drops twice a day and I am feeling like a new person. I, of course, am continuing with my other regimen, which is a lot of Olive Leaf Extract and Grapefruit Seed Extract. But the Samento made all the difference in the world. I did not write anything for a while, because I did not want to get excited too fast and then have a set back. I feel it's safe to say that the Samento seems to be working great. I started taking it September 20th.

I have never been to the doctor with my problems. Mainly because I have seen enough with my husbands chronic illnesses. No thanks - whatever I have is not easily explainable and I am sure not going to be a doctor's guinea pig and be branded for life with insurance companies. This Samento seems to be doing the trick. It's not all the way gone, by all means.....however, it's such a big difference that my life has gotten back to somewhat normal.

do you know of a lab where i can order a test and do it myself? i'm a nurse, doctors have ordered test for lyme before- but i don't trust the results-

I would agree that many (if not most) cases of Fibro and CFIDS have an infectious cause or at least are involved in a major way. Maybe not all cases are Lyme though. There are a few good tests to help rule in or rule out Lyme. Two of them are the biotoxin screening test (Bb creates a toxin) and the CD57 Stricker Panel Assay. More info ont these at:

I had Lyme's and came back negative on the test. But after 6 months of pain they finally let me be treated with Antibiotics .

After that I was fine all the pain stopped. However about 10 months later I developed unsourced pain from the my neck to my shoulders into my hands and my feet. Later I was finally diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.

My question now is do other men have Fibromyalgia. Because for a long time I thought it only happened to women.

I believe Lyme's is associated and would like to know more about the connection.

My mother has it and she was bitten by a deer tick in the early 70's. They did n't know what was wrong with her. After a kidney infection which resulted in her losing one kidney and being treated with anit-biotice over about a month. He pains went away.

But 20 years later she developed Fibromyalgia and has had it for over 25 years.
