Hey everyone .. I have a problem.. I am having dull achey pain in my upper right side ..after getting tired of it (which the pain comes and goes ) I went to the ER tonight and they run some tests ........

took blood
Everything came back normal so I am totally baffled what it could be other than an inflamed gallbladder....So I am wanting to do the liver-cleanse but not sure if I can right now because I have been up since noon yesterday with last meal of a boiled potato with cheese and margarine and garlic salt (yeah I know .. the bad stuff)around 8 pm last night ..I have been up all night and havent had anything to eat since so I guess I will try it... I have took one dose of Epson salts already to see if that would help... I am tired and need some sleep but cant because of the pain.. Doc at ER said it might be my gallbladder and that would require and ultrasound but he didn't do it.. Just sent me home with some pain medicine for cramps ... hhhhhmmmmmmmmm... oh well
I do drink alcohol but not daily like I used to and this only happens when I don't have anything to drink (not always but sometimes).. It starts hurting usually the time when I would be drinking anyway.If that makes any sense ...I know I should not be drinking.. I am trying to wean myself off the booze at least down to 1 or2 days a week instead of 5-7... But with this pain it is hard.. plus I suffer from hypoglycemia too .......I did take some milk thistle last night and my vitamin c 1000 and drunk a glass of Master-Cleanse lemonade.
Any replies about what this could be when all my tests came back normal.....I still think it has something to do with the gallbladder and in turn the liver... but just trying to figure out why I am having pain.......and where it is coming from...

This is a reply to # 157,102I usually flush in the mornings so I would say go for it. Just use the same timing for your Epsom Salts and oil.

This is a reply to # 157,102Hey there everybody.. Well just thought I would update everyone on my flush.. Still got to drink my other 2 doses of ES but I have gotten out a lot of sludge/chaff and 5 or 6 stones... I am feeling very sick at my stomach though and my hands are ice cold and my head feels funny ... I need to drink something sweet .. Hope this doesnt hurt me.
" UPDATE... " WEll I drunk a little pure grade B Maple Syrup and that calmed down my nausea and helped with the hypoglycemia...and I am no longer shakey and no cold hands...... had a touch of Sea Salt and a glass of water too...
Feeling much better than I did when I got up..!!
but think I will lay down again after my dose of ES.. didnt get my nap out ...lol...!!!!!!!!!
8 pm ..... woke up at 8 and took my last dose of salts and had to take my blood pressure pill which I should have taken earlier today... It was 138/104 ...
Still getting out more stones although most of them are small there are a couple of good sized ones..40-60 total so far...............
starting to get hungry too... I am soo glad this is bout over with.......This gal is ready to eat....lol
Something real weird happened when I was falling asleep the first time..... My whole abdomen started burning behind my ribcage just as it had been on my right side ..That felt kinda weird...and I started feeling real anxious then it just up an stopped burning and I felt better and went to sleep.....
Well it is all over with and got a lot of stones I think.. I would call that a sucess..!!!!!!!!! The pain in my side is gone for now but I know there is a lot more stones to get out tooo...
I am now making some potatoe soup and cornbread for supper even though I cheated while ago and had one baked with butter and cheese and sour creamm...hhmmmmmmm yummy.....

Glad the flush was effective. Given your mention of blood Sugar issues, I wanted to mention that potato soup and cornbread for dinner is heavy on the carbs, light on fiber and low in protein. Not the best choices for stablizing blood sugar.
You might consider looking into "low glycemix load" foods. This is related to the glycemic index of the food, normalized by the number of carbs. Glycemic index tells how rapidly the human body metabolizes a given food, as measured by the spike in blood Sugar after eating 100 grams of that food.
For example, a carrot has a high glycemic index but 100 grams of carrot has so few carbs that it carries a low glycemic load. A snickers bar has a medium glycemic index, but 100 grams has lots of carbs, so it creates a high glycemic load.
In general, carbs that contain protein, fiber and/or fat provide lower glycemic load than refined carbs (peeled potatos, white flour, degerminated cornmeal). Whole grains, vegetables, legumes -- not a surprising list. The liver regulates insulin, so the lower the glycemic load, the less for the liver to do.

I too have had that pain in my right side and went to ER only to be told all was normal after xrays and blood tests but that is might be an imflamation in the cartilidge between my ribs or in the muscle there. So they gave me a perscription for an anti imflamatory drug and each day the pain was less. You might see about trying that.
