well two options that I know of. blood tests or kinesiology testing with a good tester, if you are comfortable with that form of testing. I am. This link provides a great but lenthy explanation (ignore the marshall protocol itself, Antibiotics are not necessary to clear this up):

so, if 25D tests low, and I,25D tests high, you probably are effected. also, a good kinesiologiest should be able to test whether your VDR's are blocked. if so, that is all you need to know. If you don't have access to any testing, it might be as simple as taking some vitamin D. if you feel better or have less inflammation, your vdr's are probably blocked. if so, your immune system is not functioning well.

the treatment we followed is discussed on the rife forum here. it involves frequency treatment, or, chanca piedra extract and SSKI . it works, and it doesn't take that long. search for vitamin d in the rife forum for more details.
