It is a multifaceted problem with both software and hardware (mind and body). There are harmonics involved. reality is based on holographics. So we see information repeated at harmonics. What I mean by this is emotional components have mental and physical counterparts. Just like you go up the scale of a piano, all notes repeat. If you keep going you go into visual harmonics and into co-responding colors, etc.

This is true of mind, body and spirit (with emotions too).

That said one must work at all levels to leverage a change.

Proper nutrition and detox at all levels is the way back to balance. Nutrition is not just food but soothing music, good relationships etc. You see the point I am making.

When all is in harmony at all these levels dis ease disappears and balance/coherence is reinstated.


There are many ways to get back to a balanced state,

Physically, this includes clean air, water, sunlight and clean, nutrient rich foods.

Mentally, thoughts must be predominately positive, one must be stimulated and creative, open must have purposeful work and play, etc. There are modalities to help such as NLP, Sedona method, meditation, amygdala retraining etc.

Emotionally, (emotions stem from thoughts) one must remain positive, grateful, etc. There are modalities to help such as TAT, EFT, etc

Spiritually one must be empowered (not in a mode pf separation), expansive, creative, flowing and open.

You are really saying that if you can unmesh your life, which is an environmental matter, you can overcome anxiety attacks. But how do you know that your "meshed up" life is not due to some inner endogenous metabolic disorder.

Don't you think you first need to establish this or medically eliminate this?
