That makes total sense, I think I just needed that explanation because something about the way I was doing it seemed not quite right. I'm going to mix it with some orange juice and add a little ginger, turmeric, and cayenne to get the blood flowing this morning! I don't think I can do barley powder, I'm intolerant to gluten. It's a shame too, I used to really like iced barley tea when I was younger. Thanks!

I usually have a large drink with acv to sip through the day, it's just too strong to take half an hour before meals, it tends to totally ruin my appetite, but if I sip it in a good bit of water I can do it. I've started investigating ways to remineralize my teeth too, I've had a rough time with teeth since I was young. The dentist said my teeth were falling apart from an overdose of fluoride in the water...so of course he put more fluoride on top! XD So, I'm going to try to limit the times during the day where I drink the acv, I'm already pretty good about staying away from sweets, I really need to work on my carb cravings though, home made potato chips are my weakness!

I have so much to learn, lol! I'll check out the barley powder then, and I'm pretty sure my greens powder has wheat grass in it, but it's also definitely gluten free, so I can see the correlation. I can't wait to get a vitamix, ohh the fresh pineapple juice that will be had! :D

I drink my acv, honey and baking soda in water mixed with grape juice right when I get up, then take my greens in a fruit smoothy when I'm ready to head out the door for work. That gives time for the acv mix to settle...
