Ive been taking zinc (double the recommendation), vitamin b, and vitamin d. I started taking omega fish oil again today as well as fruits/vegetable vitamins. And I have been taking drops of concordistat for 3-4 weeks. I have a little extra money that I didnt have a while ago so I am considering buying some other stuff that I have read have helped people such as mangosteen pills, probiotics, and other things. My question is can popping these things all day long do any damage?
Also, I started with the biotene toothpaste, gel, and mouthwash that someone suggested. Its been about 5 days with no improvement. Also started using a tongue cleaner.
