I still don't quite understand how this forum works... all that I know is that I need help. My hunger this morning is horrid. How can I get the hunger pains to go away. Its driving me insane. This is a reply to # 1,656,594whoops.. did I use the wrong choice of word? Its not "Painful" like if I broke a bone... Its "painful" as suggested in the word, "hunger pain". (My experience is that the degree of pain that you experience during your fast, changes.) Today, with a scale of 1-10.. I am at a 9. Very, very hungry.

Drinking warm water usually helps with hunger and pain. Some people need to drink a lot, but you may want to experience with temperature and amount of water to see what works for you.
