MoreThis is a reply to # 166,246IMO, since it was just a glass, it should not be a big problem, however, since the reason for avoiding fat/protein is to promote the buildup of the bile, your flush will probably be less powerful. the more pressure of bile, the more flushing effect I think. Some of the bile you was saving for tonight has been released to digest your kefir.

I just remember reading in several posts thet Liver Flush works by sudden release of a lot of bile under pressure, and this is what flushes the stones away.

This is a reply to # 166,291bananas constipating? I didn't notice that. Some pople say bananas are heavy on the liver, others say the opposite. but it is the 1st time I heard about bananas being constipating. I will watch out!
I had herbal laxative tea on the 2nd day after flush and a lot of mucus came out. For some reason ES seemed not to work on me (much less than herbal tea). Do you think it could be because of using Oxypowder recently? Maube I got addicted to magnesium and I do not feel it anymore. Can I flush with other laxatives next time or should I stick with ES? thanx if you know the answer.

This is a reply to # 166,300He gives a reason to a coffee enema and also, what I do, have the berries and heavy cream to stimulate bile flow.
The difference with the cream is you use it after 2 ES's and before oil. I read once someone did it with the Hulda Clark flush but they did it before the ES, what I would think works differently.
