Funny about you smelling the chlorine, well not funny but great that you can smell it since you started cleansing.

I always have a HUGE glass of distilled ice water with me wherever I go.  The other day all my ice had melted, (I had run out of the distilled ice cubes I make) and I can't stand to drink warm water, I love it icy.  So I pulled into a Sonic and got a giant size cup of ice.  I always loved to munch on the Sonic ice but it's been years since I've done that.  Now I've got this huge cup of ice that I absolutely LOVE to munch on so the first thing I did was grab a handful of ice, I was like a little kid knowing I was doing something I shouldn't do but was bound and determined to do it anyway lol!  The minute I crunched down on that ice I tasted a horrible taste in my mouth.  I don't know if fluoride has a taste but it was something that was a chemical taste and it was AWFUL!!!

Needless to say once I tasted that I had to throw out the ice as badly as I wanted to munch on it I just couldn't because the taste made me come to my senses thank God!

I think it's wonderful that our bodies are able to warn us about things like that.  The thing is we've got to start cleansing before we even notice things are bad for us and then when we do eat something bad our bodies let us know one way or another.
