How much MSM should I take?
Best to start with between 500 mg daily. This for about one week and then rise to 1000 mg daily and take this for a week. Go on like this for several weeks adding 500 mg at one time, until you are taking 10 gr daily. This will makes up for the years of deficiency that your body has experienced. Then reduce the amount to a maintenance level for whatever works for you. This is a balance between addressing what you want to address and being able to sleep as well as you would like at night. This is a reply to # 1,709,288I took this for a good month-6 weeks. I was up to 4000 mg, (?) a day. Didn't cure my intercellular candida, not sure how it helped, but it certainly didn't hurt. Still feel like I have the protozoa though, in any case, it can benefit anybody for numerous health issues.

This is a reply to # 1,709,334The trick is to stay on MSM it is a life time deal for good health. So have you tried the olive leaf ext.? The book of Olive Leaf Ext says it kills Protozoa's.. We slowly worked our way up to 10 tablets a day. And we are still taking that much and will continue to take that much.

I feel it is another life time deal. You know natural things are not like chemical pills. Everyone gets so use to the Quick Fix that really fixes nothing.. just mask the problem. You Nutrition for a life time. From what I have read. It takes 7 years to replace every Hair on your head. and that long to repair some parts of the body.. some do it in shorter times..but, there are some that take 7 years. MSM has a unique action on body tissues. It decreases the pressure inside the cell. In removing fluids and toxins, sulfur affects the cell membrane. MSM is an organic form of sulfur, whereas sulfites in foodstuffs are inorganic.

This is a reply to # 1,709,788MSM has been amazing in helping my son with asthma symptoms. I have tried many natural remedies over the years but MSM was the only one that was very effective in the short and long term. Over a period of six months , taking MSm constantly every 12 hours he went from being very sick to be asthma free. It has been an amazing discovery. Does anybody know how long it takes for MSM to get rid of pin worms? Thank you
