idk (I don't know) if its just me, but I think its effects are just so so, unless u go on some crazy fast and bunch of various method applying mode that just don't have place in regular less or more busy daily life.
I've read about how this is such a miracle, wow wow, etc blah blah..but idk i dont really believe this anymore as for anything anymore, we ppl are destined to rot away in less or more graceful not way, unless somebody invents something really revolutionary and epic like dna modifying and ultimate regenerating of body and most important FACE, otherwise everything else (healthy eating, exersising blah) are just little of help, only to make it a bit less painful, a bit longer, but nothing too awasome..
and ut imho is just another somewhat effective (but not much more or less than any other therapy or supplements would be or whatever) way of supporting already existing health.
ive been on ut for ~2-3 years i guess, ive been doing it accordingly to my intuiton, but overall pretty often, drink whenever i feel, sometimes every morning, sometimes evenings too, applied hell of alot of times on face (becoz i have stuuupid acne), do enemas when i feel so and basically use pee whenever i feel like it but not like strictly every day, forever(which imo is perfectly enough unless ur some health robo with no other goals than to be healthy) plus all of this, ive been on really healthy Diet and hell of what not other ways of improving teh health for like year and while i did lose some weight (approx 20 pounds? idk but approx 8kg (only that much? boo not intresting), my Acne didnt healed aat all, plus left bunch of marks as well, plus my face has started to show (eeeew) premature ageing signs as well, which is totally killing (when i say killing i actually mean it) and devastating to think about (u would think kid will get inspired after reading all those miracle *bunch of hyped retarded lies* threads on how this or that (in this case ut) will regenerate u no matter what and u wont age and get no diseases etc u know the story..) me, becoz after all i did to improve, the effects are just so so? and even worse at same time than before?
so i say blah, ut is no miracle if u are looking for regenerating your face from damage to previous or even improved pretty version or heal screwed dna overall or healing Acne or have somekind of more complex task than your reg probs like cancers, candida, toxins, whatever..

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,724,586After 2-3 years you can certianly speak from experience. Perhaps your expectations were too high. I am at 18 months and I will agree that there is no radical changes. For me I notice subtle differences, good health, sleep better, no sinus/allergie issues a sense of well being. Not sure about skin treatment, like you haven't seen any change in wrinkles and it actually promotes Acne in areas where I never had it.

well ofc my expectations would be high after all what i read, u know all the: omg its a wonder, pure miracle remedy within ourselfes, can heal all etc etc..
yes, sure there is better health and some subtle changes in me too, but then again, it may as well be from other health stuff i am doing, good diet etc (afterall u cant go on ut if u dont have less or more good diet right?) so i think its still questionable how effective this therapy is or isnt. besides i dont really care for subtle changes, i want something that would make me wow and think: yea all that ive been through and all the effort i did, it was worth it, it works!
yea, its a major downer for skin issues, not that i have wrinkles, but my face deff cant cope up with sudden damage as well as it used to, it takes longer to heal up and all, and im so not okay with thaat. (and you would think miracle ut would prevent that or as i thought even improve it, therfor im disappointed) and not even talking about forever acne..
as for acne, ut can improve it slightly, can help with urgent need of calming skin (after picking fe, if u do so) but overall no biggie, promoting acne more could be from a different reason or before clearing up flare up as well tho, but idk tbh.
anyhow i did had soo big hopes for this, but in the end its nothing speshal

but you have to look at it long term!
Did a smaker see any change ...? narr this smoking is fine what all the talk about! then one day down the track ...ooops too late..
Well Urine therapy can be the same it can be very slow on people who dont have too much wrong with them.. so the slow and long build up of health and other things will only pay off in the long run..
then on the other side of the coin , you have someone so sike and told they only have 6 weeks to live before the cancer will kill then and after drinking and fasting the cancer is completely gone! (thank goodness)

I have seen people who do everything Urine and well they dont look to good and others1 have seen others who are radient .
attending the world conference was a eye opener but Urea is a natural skin moisturizer they use it in creams , we will never stop ageing but it will help

I think you got it right, gotproductions. It works in different ways for different people, sometimes the results are subtle, sometimes they are dramatic, but there's always benefit IMO. No one therapy is the ultimate panacea.
One thing that has high potential in anti-aging or 'youthing' is face exercise. Look at Morgan Fairchild for example, she is over 60 and still gorgeous.

You are right no one therapy is perfect.
Look at all the different ways cancer can be treated,
what works for one person does not for another.
Liverflushes improved my total health but not everybody
has my results. And I still have gallbladder problems.
Once I read someone improved their health with colon cleansing and it was like they had copied what I had said about liverflushing. Colon cleansing did nothing for me.
At that time I was wondering if people when they arrive at CZ it might not matter which therapy they do the first one
might give the best results since they were not healthy in
the first place.
I felt very well when I did UT several years ago but I don't know if it did anything for my skin.
If UT is hyped I feel every protocol is hyped because
nothing works for everybody.
If things do not work you have to move on, I have followed at least 12 different forums and some worked and some not

I just found this forum. I have used UT for 15 years continuously and started 35 years ago. Here are some experiences:
When I read Water of Life by John Armstrong at about 26 years old I was fascinated and tried it, after 1 hr I stopped expecting to throw up, nothing happened. After 5 days approx. I forgot and noticed a pain sensation in my elbow that afternoon. I was a water jet cleaning contractor and had severe tennis elbow that was giving me hell. The thing is that I had not had the pain since I started UT. I continued and forgot a few times, always the pain returned, always less than before. The doctor told me I needed an anti inflammatory injection to continue working, but UT did better and cost nothing and I was cured while working in 3mths.
Next time I tried it was when I severely overused my wrist and got tendonitis. My wrist swelled up next morning very badly and I could not touch anything with the tips of my fingers without excruciating pain. I started UT and although it was painful, I could work. Kept it up for a week in bearable pain, stopped work for a week and it was gone.
I have used it many times since for inflammation, cuts, etc. and started daily UT when I was 45. I have read lots of publications about it and I find lots of things claimed to be unbelievable, but I know it has incredible and rapid healing power.
The thing I noticed most when I began at 45 was that over the years my immune system had become much stonger where I generally got most of the family bugs, but never bed ridden. Before I usually spent a day or so in bed with a throat bug or flu etc., but from the time I started I still got many bugs that were going around, only the symptoms were very mild instead of severe.

This is a reply to # 1,724,586I have been using UT for about a month now and I can tell a difference in my immunity.
I also completed two, 3-day UT fasts and noticed that my gallbladder, liver and overall colon health has dramatically improved (I have leaky gut syndrome and have always been 'irregular').
No weight loss, nor any change in my Acne (DANGIT!!!!)
I can tell that topically, my face is responding rather well, especially when utilizing coconut oil and microcurrent, as well as DMSO to help it penetrate deeper.
The BEST use for urine for me though, has been topically, to treat burns and to soak a very painful joint in my big toe.
In fact, as I type this, I am soaking my foot in DMSO, old urine, lavender oil and hot water. After 15 minutes, I was able to get up and walk around with zero pain! It's like going from a '7' in the pain-scale to '0' in 15 minutes!
Also, if you are ever burned, soak in old urine for 24 hours. I just went camping this Memorial Day weekend and while pre-preparing the meals at home, I badly burned my knuckles the day before I went camping. I soaked the three fingers in old urine along with some cooling ice and I was able to sleep soundly, all night, without pain. The next morning there was only soft, pink flesh, no pain, no blistering, not even a scab!
But, it gets better/ worse. Toward the end of our camping trip, I, once again, burned the SAME THREE KNUCKLES with hot steam!!! Again, I soaked some gauze with old urine, wrapped them up with the gauze, bandaids and medical tape and by the time we made the 3-hour trip home, the pain was eradicated and the skin was once again merely pink, soft and pain-free!
I highly recommend urine fasting for weight-loss, but ONLY if you are willing to do the full body massaging/ hot bath soaks and enema during the fast.
It's not a panacea, but UT's list of amazing feats is growing for me!Advertisement

Apart from using "old" urine I would say I agree with everything you have said. I just use fresh urine, but I read about old urine for topical healing being extremely good.
I have experienced the massive drop in pain for sprains/strains where it has swelled up and after urine treatment the pain level was down about 50-70% and usable again. I have tried it on burns with great results in rapid time, I have experienced my immune system boost and right now I am getting over a throat bug that my daughter had, then me and then my wife. I suffered less than half compared to them. That has been going on for 15 years since I started a morning glass.
Regarding fasting I have done that on urine and water for 2 days, 3 days, 6 days, 10 days, 13 days and 14 days which is six times in about 20 years. The last three over the last three years. I did not massage and have not taken enemas during a fast and a hot bath I think would take a lot of energy from me, not disagreeing with you, just giving you my experience.
Unfortunately my hair went grey in my thirties, then bald same as my father so I looked older than my siblings. Now at 60 people are saying I look younger with my siblings also grey. I hope it is a result of the urine.

Then again some people like coffee flavoured coffee, beer flavoured beer and urine flavoured urine.
