I know its alot to read, bear with me.
I feel like my brains been shuttin down lately, seems like all foods made it worse. this wasnt just brain fog, ive had brain fog. It was so much more.
Yesterday I decided to open up my diet again, an try using hcl again, an enzymes.
I ate chicken w/ red/yellow/green peppers. Avacado, brown rice cake, cashews. To cover everything cause i have AF(selfdiagnosed).
That was about 10pm. I took 5 HCL tablets 650mg each. An a super enzyme(NOW) a minute or two before eating.
I went to sleep around 2am. Could not fall asleep, was having this feeling of suddenly falling as I was about to fall asleep an it kept waking me up. Also was burping alot an had to keep sitting up to burp. I also had this pressure moving around my head, from forehead to base of skull, even nose.. I drank a bunch of water an i was able to pass out for an hour. This is the weird part.
I began feeling vibration/bubbling in different parts of my brain, then it would kind of go away. Some of the fog lifted an i felt a little better. Then it would happen more intensely in a different spot. This tingling/pressure in one spot, it was freaking me out. It gave me this insomnia, couldnt sleep all night. I woke up every hour. At one point I was dreaming an woke up from my dream paralyzed, i was sleep but concious of my body an trying to wake up but couldnt move anything. The pressure was at the base of my skull like right in/on my spine. It woke me up an was very intense. It tingled for a while then I was able to pass out.
What the hell is going on? My fog has somewhat lifted, but now I feel like i'm "skipping" along reality. It felt like either the enzymes/hcl ate away stuff blocking blood in my brain, or a parasite was moving around my brain or something. I even felt the pressure go like into the top of my nose, then it would be just on one side of my forehead, then on both like alot of tension.
Some of my symptoms to feel better, but it feel like they "moved". Cause now I have other ones like this "skipping".
I'm going to try to get a doctor visit today to blood test for brain parasites. What should i test for?
I'm gonna try eating again see if it help, just take less hcl.
I have humaworm but was waiting to take it for a stool test to come. But if this is a parasite i wanna start it now.

This is a reply to # 1,739,048The first thing I would do is to take high doses of Vit C. Something you ate may contained enough mold toxin to produce a reaction. Take the Vit C until you get loose stools then adjust dose downward.
If this was an allergic reaction taking antihistamine may help as will antiinflammatory herbs - turmeric, cinnamon, ginger.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,739,065i dont think its mold. this pressure is always mildy there, now i just feel it releasing in spots and moving around. just a moment ago it was at the base of skull around spine, now i feel it in the center of head, like below brain i guess.
going to ER get a catscan hopefully an blood parasite test.

This is a reply to # 1,739,067You may be able to order a DiagnosTechs Lab parasite test yourself. I read that one person was tested thru her veteranian. There are many tests for parasites in blood and tissues which can be ordered individually if you have symptoms. Saliva tests for parasites can be ordered from a lab in Switzerland and thru the Dr. Clark Information Center (write them).

This is a reply to # 1,739,048I'm curious what has lead you towards the idea that you have parasites? How would you get them in your brain? I don't really know much about that, but for some reason it seems unlikely to me....
Anyhow, green peppers are known to be difficult to digest and give a lot of gas. Try some cooked squash, spinach, carrots. These veggies all feel pretty benign to me. Otherwise, everything that you mentioned food wise would have made me sick. I seem to feel the best on the above veggies. Cashiews are definitely an issue. I don't suggest that you eat nuts right now, but if you are going to, make sure to soak them first.
That was a lot of HCL to take. Did your stomach feel burning at all?

This is a reply to # 1,739,068No I didn't feel any burning. I'm at the ER now I have this strong tingling pressure wht feels like on my brain stem. Ive completely lost touch with reality, even talking or moving it doesn't feel like it's me doing it. I feel I really messed up an this is it.
I barely even remember writing that feels like it was a long time ago.

This is a reply to # 1,739,083You're gonna make it through this!!!! You're young and have a strong body. I know it feels like you are dying, but I seriously doubt that you are.
Anyhow, yes to chicken. I'm not sure about the rice if you do have Candida. I know there are different beliefs about what one should eat on the Candida diet and I don't know for sure. Either way, a food journal is going to be the best way for you to determine what is best for you. And trial and error takes time. My suggestion is to try to focus on what you want, which is healing, rather than your fear. Every time you get scared, say a mantra to yourself. My Mantra is "my body is in the process of healing and will continue to heal until I'm vibrant and healthy.". I don't always believe it when I say it to myself but it always calms me down. I suggest that you repeat your mantra as many times as it takes to calm yourself.
Once you are less afraid it will be easier to be patient with yourself, your body, and your food journal. You are a detective now. It will take time for the answers to appear though.

This is a reply to # 1,739,113Thank you, yes if I could just get to a stable enough level mentally I could really hone in an focus on dealing with this. Instead I fight everyday to even survive. Weird thing though, after i made this post today, i felt like shit all day, had that weird buzzing in my head.
I came home, took a few more HCL an ate some chicken/brown rice. took an antifungal(caprylic acid).
I feel 10x better. I'm still not 100%. But i'm actually gonna go shopping, an i feel some positivity. I never feel that.- Re: Moving pressure/bubbling in head... healthyartist

I've read over your old posts and have looked at your list of symptoms. I know how scared you are and I understand your fear.
A couple of things:
Would you mind starting a new post with a description of your life and lifestyle leading up to being sick... A bit of your history... So that we might be able to help you better?
Second, you are gonna be okay. You are young and you will figure this out. Can you sit down and make a list of all of the symptoms that you don't have? That may sound ridiculous, but seriously, I think it will give you some perspective. Would it help to read stories about people who have healed from devastating illness?
Would you also be willing to sit down and make a list of all the things that you have to be grateful for? I have found that in my darkess most afraid moments, a simple shift in perspective has created much desired relaxation and hope.
I think it might do you a great bit of good to listen to Wayne Dyer's "There is a spiritual solution to every problem.". This helped me immensely. Also, "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle is probably the most powerfully healing book I have ever read. You can also get an audio version of it and I find his voice to be soothing. Maybe you would too. Also, Louise Hay's movie, "You Can Heal Your Life" made me cry and cry and gave me much hope.
In our darkest hours it is of great importance to harness the flickering embers of light that reside within us. There is much healing power in stillness and patience.

I've been having some weird mental effects as well.
I've been eating cheddar and it is giving me really weird mental symptoms. I would start to fall asleep but still be awake and start dreaming these really crazy dreams like I was on acid or something, who dreams without falling asleep yet? It scared me and I thought I was having a mental breakdown! Then I sat up and started watching TV and it was like everything I was watching on Tv started becoming frightening! I was watching George Lopez!
It lasted for awhile but finally went away. I remembered the last time I ate cheddar by itself that it gave me really weird freaky teaky things with my head. It doesn't happen except when I eat cheddar all by itself. It was all cheese for a while now I seem to be tolerating mozzarella.
Anyhow, I think for whatever reason this illness makes some of us really sensitive to foods. And hopefully you will figure out what is causing the reaction soon and be able to avoid it.

This is a reply to # 1,739,068Also I think parasites cause in the beginning I felt stuff moving in my abdomen. Now I feel stuff moving in my head. parasites can get in the brAin. Toxoplasmosis is from cat poop. I have 3 cats. My cats have worms but not sure what kind. I've seen them hang out there butt

This is a reply to # 1,739,091see if they'll give you some n-aceytl-cystine and lots of oxygen. The NAC will help your body clear toxins esp fungal toxins. I agree, no cashews!
from what you described n the past, it sounds like you may have some mechanical issue with the intestines? Possibly something that could require sugery.
you say you can't eat anything but what are your symptoms? Vomitting? Constipation? Diarreah? Alternating constipation/diareah? Gas? Bloating? Really foul gas/ putrification/ fermentation?

I can take like 3000mg of HCL an get no burn.
Anxiety is by far my worst symptom. If i could be drugged up on xanax all the time i could live, but I dont like to rely on it an only take it when i feel out of reality.

This is a reply to # 1,739,264I use NOW foods brand. It is fairly cheap I believe, trusted manufacturer. It will help clear toxins and clear your head. However you must figure out where this toxicity is coming from, otherwise your body will never be able to keep up with normal detox processes, regardless of what you take ect.. Severe constipation is the place to start. You must not allow yourself to be severly constipated. After that goal is reached, with the NAC too, you should feel much, much better quickly.
Eventually, you want to address chronic low grade constipation, but for now you need to figure out what you can eat to get some amt of calories and nutrition, given your body weight. I would stick to veges and moderate amounts of meat. Fish I would think would be best, followed by chicken. I would be tested to see what foods you are allergic to, before I ate any eggs. Avoid pork and beef as parasite content is high, these foods are harder to digest and more mucoid forming than fish/chicken. The avacado is great, I would make a salad with avacado, roasted chicken, olives. Ditch the rice cakes and brown rice for now. Maybe a small serving of brown rice per day.
I really suspect you might be celiac, which is just extreme gluten intolerance, over the long haul damage is done to the intestional villi, and malabsorption / malnutrition is the result.
As much as I hate western medicine, I would maintain some relationship with a regular doctor just in case there is some mechanical or other problem, they might find.
I would caution, a little bit, the use of Paragone, anti parasite protocols involve Wormwood for example, which is slightly toxic, so a person that is already toxic, you see this can add to the toxic load which may already be overwhelming.
A better choice I would think, would be zymex II in combination with plain bromelain. This is not as broad spectrum, but definetly safe for you.

This is a reply to # 1,739,091Pick up some ParaGone from your local health food store and get started on that. Order some Humaworm for you and your cats, humaworm.com. It'll probably take a week or longer for the humaworm to arrive, since Dr. Bailey is away do to a family friend's death. I don't know if she's back yet. The Paragone will be good in the meantime though for you. Don't forget to order enough for your cats for 2 courses (90 days apart) and you will probably need multiple courses too.
There are other things you can eat in the meantime to help: lots of fresh garlic, pumpkin seeds and clove powder in tea, on toast with cinnamon to add omph to the ParaGone. ParaGone is a good product, but one kit is only a 15 day course, so you'll need more than one kit and they cost around $35. Humaworm is a 30 day course for $40 which in the long run is more affordable.

This is a reply to # 1,739,048Just something to consider, a possibility: A lot of your symptoms sound like hiatal hernia. A bad one can put pressure on your spine, affecting nerves elsewhere, which may be what your strange sensations are coming from. And it explains some of the digestive problems, food feeling like it's getting stuck, burping, etc. Hiatal hernia is a great mimicker of many other health problems. Your sleep pattern sound a lot like a friend of mine who was just diagnosed with a very bad hiatal hernia. She had no idea she even had one. Her acid reflux was silent, and her hernia is so bad the pressure on the spine she always thought was her arthritis. Some of the symptoms she was getting had her thinking she was having a heart attack or stroke, but it was just the hernia. And her doctor thinks her sleep problems are also caused by the hernia. When you go see your doctor, you might ask about it.
