I've been consuming very large quantities of raw honey (about 5 jars of Really Raw Honey) in the last two to three weeks.

EVERYTHING has improved about my health. I had been scared of even raw honey for over a year. My digestion has improved greatly and the biggest indicator is my skin.. no more acne!

I really think the big problem with most candida and related illness sufferers is that we will confine ourselves based on this information overload which we update continuously everyday with messages such as "don't eat this and that..".

It's important to find what makes you feel good. The candida diet never helped me one bit. Also, all of the research people are doing to rid of their health problems just ends up stressing most of us people who are suffering.

You would make your problem incredibly worst. Honey has been excluded from every candida diets known to man. It is pure sugar. (This is confirmed by most yeast syndrome specialists including Trowbridge, Truss, Crook, Zoltan Rona, Crandall, Galland, Sherry Rogers). It may help some for unknown reasons. These people may have other help problems which respond to honey. The effect may also due to placebo effect. Some religions are advocating honey for its healing properties. Religious credo may induce very srong beliefs which may explain a lot of things especially when it comes to why some people would try to convince people about honey healing properties.
