This is a reply to # 1,772,300About three years ago I was so frightened of dying that I called an old supporter, and royally ticked him off.
He said to try a footbath of a one percent solution of Himalayan Crystal Mineral Salts.
I used a lot of the salts, not knowing how to make a one percent solution at that time.
During the footbath it felt only pleasant.
Afterward, I slept soundly, forgetting my concerns.
The next morning I was coming downstairs and I realized that my anxiety was completely gone. More than that, I felt well...happy.
Good stuff.
A one percent solution footbath (or arm bath):
Soak smaller crystals HCMS in clean water overnight (which makes a 26% solution - sole, which is pronounced so-lay).
Take one cup of that in your footbath tub and add 26 cups of clean warm water.
Replace the sole you have used with one cup of clean water (as long as crystals remain in the bottom of your sole container).
This is (in my opinion) the finest solution to problem feelings I have ever tried...also to electrolyte balance.
