No I wasnt on any glandulars I was taking them but stopped about a month before the blood draw so that shouldnt effect it. I will look at the yahoo groups but I am a bit worried about self prescribing (I dont feel I know enough about it)

I feel pretty terrible at the moment I did work up till about 3 months ago but crashed out one day(I knew it was coming!) and havent got the energy to do much at all anymore. I can drive and cook and do basic stuff but have to spend most my time resting.

There must be a reason why my adrenals are in this bad state I would like to get to the bottom of the cause of it. I am thinking about getting checked for mercury and protozoa.

Can I work, not really so I'm not working at the moment. I've decided not to drive in this condition due to bad brain fog and a spaced out feeling.

I can walk a good few miles but then feel tired for 2 days so have cut down to walking 20-30 minutes a day.

Main problem is unrefreshing sleep that makes me not want to drive or work as that is what makes my symptoms MUCH worse. I especially feel dizzy when standing when I've slept less than 8 hours and very irritable and short tempered.
