Jorge, It's not just visible mold but invisible mold and mold spores. (That's the reason many things like most nuts aren't allowed on candida diets - the microbial mold and fungus parts.) Taper off, man, you can do it!
I looked it up. its been aged for 10 to 12 months and you are not supposed to have aged cheeses when you have candida until it gets better. i use it a little bit but its the bottled stuff
