I just wanted to let people know I tried the Moreless Bath and it is awesome! I feel so relaxed like I worked out. I would suggest this to anyone for any reason! My sister has lupus and gets really sore. She said she felt a lot better.

Moreless Bath

2 pounds of epsom salt
1 pound of baking soda
i quart of peroxide

in a hot bath for 10-30 minutes. The longer the better.

Then rinse with cold water.

AMAZING!!!

  Wow, that's a lot of stuff. Usually when you take an Epsom Salt bath, it's like one cup's worth.

      The baths are excellent ways to detox. McCoubs recommends these, or sauna, but my ND told me to do these daily with epsoms, and baking soda. It helps you to expel lots of toxins. I finally had to stop, my tub was getting ruined by all of the minerals.
