I know some of you here swear by Fruit, but after years of experimentation, I've decided that Fruit is not the proper way to fuel my own Body. I've also decided to give up Fruit for a while, and fuel strictly with Green Juice.
Yes, finally put what you know into practice. (I'm speaking to the World here.)
That means a good portion of Greens daily, with the flavoring coming from Tomatoes and Sweet Peppers (which have zero Sucrose).
Did you know that Kale and Brussels Sprouts have almost as many Carbohydrates as Peaches and Pineapples, without the high levels of Sucrose and Fructose......WY
P.S. I put all my meal ingredients in a Vita-Mix blender, taking care to drink it slowly.
P.P.S. A high-Fruit diet may be best for Athletes, and a high-Green diet best for Spiritual seekers.
Experiment with your own Body. Allow some time for Fasting.
