Health writer Paul Pitchford in his book Healing with Whole Foods 3rd edition presents various formulas for killing parasites. These are tailored to the individual's constitution. Not all herbs are good for all persons.
He says that
Wormwood should be used with caution, describing it as "potentially toxic". He describes 5 basic body constitutions and situations, two of which should avoid
Wormwood . These are:
1. Deficient person with normal thermal nature or with cold signs such as cold hands and feet; pale face and pale, puffy tongue; weak, soft voice; fatigue, low life-spark.
2. The very deficient person - thin, frail, weak, introverted, pale, weak-voiced.
Some body types (the other 3, not listed above) can take greater or lesser amounts of
Wormwood , but never by itself.
Explicit instructions for devising your own
parasite killing formula are given.
ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL. And thank you to Paul Pitchford for saying this so well.
