I have no investment in "trying to get women to enjoy this" I've only posted what is.  Many folks, both men and women in our society have literally cut themselves off from sexua| enjoyment because of the Victorian Era repression that still lingers with us today.  (The circumcision of boys was promulgated during Victorian times because it was believed to discourage masturbation.  It doesn't.  In fact it dismembers more than 35% of all penile nerves and is simply a form of genital mutilation just as is practiced in the Eastern world on females.  75% of the time it is done without anesthesia - and believe me, bodies remember everything that has ever happened to them.)  We've become a nation  (USA) of fearful prudish masochists whose main pleasure is derived from bashing others be it mental, sexual, or spiritual.  If you don't enjoy sex then don't pursue it.  Those that pursue Tantric sex (I'm not one of them) do it as a spiritual pursuit and I see nothing wrong with it.

If you're aware of others invading your reality during their fantasies it is because you are allowing it.  There are spiritual invasions and there are spiritual protections as well.  You do not have to give yourself up spiritually any more than you do physically.  Spiritual protection begins with grounding.  I've been practicing spiritual healing and spiritual protection for many years and it is a process, a step by step process.

Yes I was sexually molested as a small child - by both genders of adults.  Didn't even know it was "molestation" until I hit PTSD - which I successfully faced and cured with meditation.  You are so right about awareness.  It seems that those who have been abused the most have the greatest awareness and instead of viewing it as a curse I view it and all of my abuse as a fabulous gift.  Through all if it, it has led to healing beyond anything that I could have ever imagined when I first began my spiritual healing journey decades ago - and my healing journey is not finished.  Nobody's is or they wouldn't still be on the Planet.

There are some people that are so intuitive to their surroundings that it is a constant struggle to survive in the world. They can go into a room where a couple had a fight and can just feel the negative energies there. Or they can examine an object such as jewelry (worn by others for years) and know their life was filled with stress. Others can pick up the negative vibrations from the food they eat and note that the chief was angry while preparing that meal.

Why does this happen?

While part of this ability is a result of meditative practice, when you have a weak constitution you are more vulnerable to outside influences. A good healer can “see” with their high sensory perception, that the client has one large hole in your aura or many tiny ones all over. In scientific terms, this would mean that your nervous system is damaged. In spiritual terms, the channels are broken and in need of repair.

Some ways that will cause you to have major damage (holes) in your aura are:

physical and sexua| abuse
substance and drug abuse
vaccines and medical prescriptions

Many new age books have talked about building a protective shield of light around the body. This might work for some but it is a temporary benefit. The constant attention on that takes away from the necessary work of contemplation. The superior way is to get to the root of the problem and repair the nervous system.

Once the nervous system is healed, fear of negative entities is no longer a problem – they just bounce off you.

There are many healing modalities for repairing the nervous system. Some are better than others. The one that is of primary importance is the Barbara Brennan School of Healing therapy. The Barbara Brennan trained reiki-healer will assist you in releasing pain and unnecessary connections from your emotional body. She will also help you move dark, unconscious energies from your astral body. Having someone there to help heal your core issues and empower you to bring forth your true Self is so vitally important.

While fasting, the nervous system is free and doesn’t collect any forms of entropy with the outside world. When the spine is freely able to adapt through any stressful situation then you are ahead of the game. You have an edge when your endurance is increased if you need to be on your feet all day long at work. At the very least, you have an antidote to remove the stress and get back into alignment when things go wrong after a long, hard day.

One of the deeper methods I found to realign and repair the nervous system is a method called Fragrant Buddha Chi Kung.

Performing the movements with Fragrant Chi Kung will:

1) massage the stomach, liver and thyroid with simple arm swings
2) open the diaphragm and unlock the base of the brain
3) ground your body – surprisingly as the arms go up and out, the feet stick more firmly to the floor
4) strengthen the body in a way that one can stand with steadiness
5) activate the glands within the seven chakras due to each twisting movement

Even an old sports injury in my shoulder (a tiny break in the bone), which has bothered me off and on for about seventeen years, is improving as I notice the pain finally subsiding. I would say that continued practice has started to build new channels around that area.

With all these beneficial qualities about it, I am going to challenge myself to practice it two or three times a day for the next three months. I already see the possibilities of it regenerating the entire nervous system, teeth and eyes.

Thanks for your explanation.  Sorry for your difficulties.

You are very much aware.  What I've found is that cords are tied to pictures.  We need to let go of the pictures that they are getting in on to let go of the cord.  A "picture" is a concept with a lie in it such as being told that because we were abused we are somehow "dirty."  It is not true, we know that, but so many times it is so ingrained in us that it is difficult to let go.

I had a wonderful friend a few years ago who's abuse story and that of her sisters was unbelievable.  Particularly in light of the fact that she was married and operating successfully in society and gainfully employed at the time I knew her.  After many months/years of abuse as a child she was impregnated by her father at about age 13 and when she told her school counselor about it she was removed from the family and went to live in a foster home along with her sisters who had also been incestually abused.   In foster care her foster father sexually abused them as well.  Won't go into more because it could take a long, long time.  I haven't seen this wonderful person in several years but do know that her husband was cheating on her and openly taking his lover to their church where she herself was shunned because the congregation blamed it onto her!  I broke off from her because she wished to be intimate with me and I will not interfere with a marriage no matter how screwed up it is.   This person turned to her religion and tried to live a virtuous life within a relationship.  She told me of her sister who she said was a beautiful woman who slept with any guy she could get hold of.  My point here is that sexua| abuse will affect each and everyone of us in a very different way.  She said her sister died at age 35 of alcohol abuse and that many men showed up for the funeral.

Those who have been abused have a difficult time with self image.  All that I can say is that we are each a part of god and we have to recognize that.  I know I took on the energy of my abusers and believed for years that it was all my fault thinking that even though I was a child I was the instigator.  I then had to live with them until adulthood and live with the energy too. That's where they get you.  It's the recognition that we are each a part of god and that we are loved by the All That Is regardless what's happened in the past.  It's been a journey and I continue that journey with a bump in the road from time to time but with that awareness (not knowledge - awareness as you know, which is different than knowledge) which is my motivation.

You can teach everyone a lot.
