i think that i have this shit since i used Roaccutane WHEN I WAS 15(today i'm 23).
BUT It wasnt as bad as it became a few years later.

i have a big a announcement to everyone her that my change the course of your disease!!!

dont eat gluten at all for a week and you will see huge progress. thats the way it works for me explanation: i tested this thing over and over again and every time i got the same results- not eaten gluten for a afew days and its getting better- i mean like alot better not just a llitle bit, and when all the peeling are gone (not even after shower) i wait a few more days of not eating gluten foods for seeing that this is realy the reason and there isnt another cycle that needs to come, and serprisely it dosent come, and only then i reaturn on eating gluten foods and the ec is back the next morning on a small power, the next morning it become worse and so on.

i did those experimnts over and over(and over)

so my suggest to everyone on this form is to try this for 7 days and if you will see some improvment(and feel) then try to stick to such diet.

check everything you eat, dont eat even a crumb of gluten in order for this experiment to be done properly.
if you wanna do exacly the same diet as i then it only those things for a week: rice(CHECK THE
Components ON the packing-if contaim gluten dont eat this)
meat
salomon fish
Vegetables and fruit
Potatoes
salt
eggs
only water for drink.


check everything you eat (dont eat even a crumb of gluten)
check that the tools you use are clean.check the oil . check everything.
i'm almost sure that if you will try this proparly you will start to see some improvment after 3 days, and after a week
your ec will decrease at least for half of it size.
if you are doing the leave it alone methood for months -this will be a Piece of cake for you(dont eat cake haaa!)
